Bel hotel ma staff da rivalutare
Pros:

Della struttura ho apprezzato la cucina e la pulizia delle stanze e anche l’animazione attiva a disposizione dei bambini.

Cons:

Molteplici fattori non mi hanno soddisfatta come : l’accoglienza scortese della receptionist, poco chiara e arrogante. La mancanza di un frigo in camera, cosa fondamentale per chi ha bambini sopratutto. Ma la cosa piu terribile è stato il comportamento della guardia notturna, permettendosi di fermare all’entrata con uno spintone un mio componente famigliare, usando un tono aggressivo e minaccioso.

Cons:

Malicke izby sne dostali inac na spanie je to v pohode, v all inclusive sme nemali lehatka na plazi - Booking si to nezabezpecil a ani drinky a alkoholicke a nealkoholicke napoje sme nemali zadarmo v bare. Za kavu sme tiez zaplatili v hoteli zvlast, ked sme chceli poobede pit. Ale to nie je chyba hotela.

It’s only OK
Pros:

I had another hotel booked and their pool was closed so I took my money and came here. They accommodated me just showing up which I do appreciate and the service for it was just fine.

It’s a mixed bag. It’s reasonably priced and it’s clean and functional but there is annoying rules for everything. Like you need an annoying bracelet to go to the pool next door. Why can’t you just take your key and show that?

Wanted to use the pool on the last day before our flight but asked to pay €10. Why? It would be for 2 hours. I don’t understand why this wouldn’t be included?

Again some of the restaurant staff seemed like they there there under duress but the curly haired girl from the restaurant was lovely and friendly - made conversation even with our obvious language divide and was delighted to see us every day. She thought my partner was Brazilian but I realised she didn’t speak Portuguese so I don’t think she is Brazilian herself haha!

Reception staff are OK verging on completely vacant at times. they’re not particularly smiley or anything but I feel like you have to do a lot of the legwork yourself to sort/work much out. I handed the girl my key to go out one day and she just looked at me blankly. Just go behind the desk and hang they key up yourself (this is maybe a cultural difference but this seems crazy rude for my British brain)

Like most of Rimini there’s not a lot of English spoken which is absolutely fine by me since I can understand Italian and speak it brokenly but if you’re wanting any kind of service if you only speak English you’re just gonna need to use google translate (and to be fair to the hotel they don’t advertise any English spoken).

It’s fine for the price but it’s not anything fabulous for couples.

Sono stato benissimo. Camera piccolina ma completa di tutto.

Tutto bene.
Purtroppo come al solito può capitare di avere il vicino di stanza poco educato e chiassoso.
