Very comfortable and super clean
Pros:

The breakfast was super. Plenty of choices, nice coffee. The room was small but very clean and the bed was very comfortable. It was nice and quiet and made for a great sleep after a busy day

Cons:

The paper cups were a disappointment, and there was no coffee or tea making facility in the room

Comfortable, clean, friendly and welcoming staff.
Cons:

We ordered a taxi stating that we had to be at the Anne Frank house by 3:05 to catch a tour boat of the canal. Half way there we asked the driver how much longer would it be. He told us 10 minutes. We missed our tour. We turned around to go back to the hotel. The driver only charged us for half the fare. The receptionist should have told us we didn't have enough time to get there by 3:05. We would never have ordered a taxi.. Other than this issue our sfay was good.comfortable and clean
The staff were friendly and welcoming
