It was ok. A bit on the high price side for the location and concerns about the parking permit.
Pros:

Location and a large room and large bathroom

Cons:

Checking in was unclear until I asked. There was a parking permit that o was not advised about.

Pros:

The room was perfect
The bar staff were rude.
First said I had about half HR left to get a meal.
So I took my bags to my room.

Cons:

When returning they said I could not.
So I was able to order chips. I went out for a cigarette when I returned I sat and waited another 20 mins. In the bar waiting for my chips. In the end I went and asked in the restaurant if they were ready. They had been sitting in the kitchen the whole time.
It's a shame because the rest of the place and stay was really good.

Spacious comfortable rooms. Hotel dining room was next door with exceptional food and service. Bottle shop also conveniently located.

Cons:

Would have appreciated an electric blanket on the bed given the Tasmanian winter chill.

Great well appointed property.
Pros:

Angus was really helpful with check in.
The room was spacious and well appointed. Great to have a comfortable lounge to relax on and a decent size table and chairs also.
Large window with Mt Wellington in background an added bonus.
Only a 5 minute walk to large number of shops, cafes and supermarkets.
Enjoyed a delicious meal in the Hotel's restaurant too.
Will definitely stay again.

Excellent accommodation
Pros:

Excellent location is with in easy walking distance of the shopping area of Kingston and only 10 minutes drive to the beach
Everything about the accommodation is excellent and very easy parking
