Everything except I had to wait an hour before I could check in

I have stayed at this property twice in the past year and very satisfied. Suites are clean and comfortable. Staff is friendly and management responsive to any concerns. This stay the hotel was very busy and the breakfast was decent (young lady working was friendly and working hard!). Pool closed for maintenance this month so keep in mind if travel is June/July 2026

Clean with great amenities and service!

Quite possibly the worst hotel experience we’ve ever had. Breakfast was an absolute disaster. No plates, no forks, no knives, no yogurt, no coffee, slim amount of hot food, i.e., potatoes and eggs, etc., tables not cleaned - all had maple syrup on them, staff in the kitchen cutting up and mf’ing loud enough that guests were subjected to their foul discussions…with kids getting meals hearing it all as well. All dirty towels picked up in the room, but zero towels replace - NONE, not even a wash cloth. Not because housekeeping didn’t replace the dirty ones; it was because housekeeping didn’t have clean towels to replace them with. This place is a total joke. The one star left here is because I couldn’t leave less, and the staff trying to work with the little they had to work with, was extremely kind and enjoyable. Management needs to be canned and replaced, obviously.

The property was clean, modern, and beautiful!

The location was peaceful and lots of parking. No worries. My family loved the space and comfort was a 10 star for us. Everything was good.store and mall vlose by on car 7 min.

Clean & Quiet as well as great hospitality

Fantastic hotel with everything you need and more for the whole family, not only for the night but for a comfortable stay of several days. Full sized fridge, grills, pool, workout room, pull out couch. We were surprised by how well apportioned and comfortable it was and the breakfast was delicious. Thank you!

I have been staying here for several months on extended-stay government orders. Unfortunately, because this is the only Homewood Suites option in the area, my choices are limited.
During my stay, I have encountered several concerning issues. On one occasion, housekeeping left my room door ajar with the deadbolt engaged. When I reported this to the front desk, the response I received was very nonchalant. I was told that maintenance had been in the room, which was not true. Leaving a guest’s room unsecured is a serious safety concern and should have been handled with far more urgency.
I do want to acknowledge that the woman who serves breakfast has been wonderful. She is friendly, professional, and consistently provides great service each morning.
Overall, my experience here has been average at best, but the ongoing water issue over the past three days has been unacceptable. We have had no water during the day, and only cold water has been available in the evenings. Guests were originally informed that the water would be shut off only from 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM on March 9. However, it is now March 11, and I woke up again to no water.
At this point, the lack of communication and basic amenities became too much to overlook, and I checked out promptly. This situation has been extremely frustrating and could have been handled much better with proper notice and transparency.
