Muito bom. Recomendo
Las camas son cómodas y los baños amplios y limpios. El personal es muy amable y te hace sentir muy incluido en tu estancia. Kevin muy atento y todas las demás personas en las actividades de la noche muuuuy lindas. Guardo un muy lindo recuerdo de la experiencia:).
Uno de los chicos de recepción me empezó a tratar diferente únicamente porque no le di propina :), me quedé una noche extra y a mis compañeras les cobraron 7-8 usd, a mí él me cobró 9.
Un chico con gafas y pelo crespo, en el turno que estás al hacer check out. Muy rude.
La hostal siempre limpia y con actividades diferentes cada noche para el pasajero. Viajero es una excelente opción.
Hay un poco de inseguridad en la zona... Hay que estar alerta al llegar
Un lugar súper sociable y fácil que conocer otros viajeros. Siempre hay actividades culturales o festivas que puedes hacer. Recomiendo mucho el walking tour. Exploramos bastante el centro histórico :)

Aside from not being able to have a shower can't fault this place, helpful staff, lovely vibes and free coffee until 12pm ! No milk though if you like milk in your coffee get some from shop and take with you.
There are no tea/coffee facilities in room, no hairdryer if anyone wondering
The shower thermometer control was jammed and you could not adjust the setting. I was in a private room 101. I informed staff and they said 'will try get it sorted before next guest arrives' i was there 4 nights and couldn't was my hair as the water scalding.

A very well-located hotel in a beautiful, spacious colonial-style house that blends perfectly into the atmosphere of the city center. The location is ideal, with plenty of activities and attractions within walking distance.
The breakfast was really good, and there’s also a restaurant at the hotel, which is perfect if you’re too tired to go out. I particularly loved the garden, where you can enjoy a quiet moment, have breakfast, or simply relax.
We also got to enjoy a salsa class and a chocolate tasting, which were both fantastic experiences. The hotel also organizes different tours, making it a great base for discovering the city.
Overall, a lovely place with a lot of character and much more than just a hotel!

The hotel is well located if you’re staying in Quito for a short time and want to be within walking distance from the historical center. The common areas were quite nice and group activities were organized daily, for example we joined a free walking tour w/Gracie which we really enjoyed. Our room was spotless and breakfast was quite okay.
One of the staff members (the woman with long hair) was rather unpleasant/unprofessional and it’s the reason we don’t give a higher rating to the staff which was otherwise lovely. She could benefit from some training for customer facing roles. The drinking glasses at the bar/breakfast were often dirty, but the hotel was otherwise very clean.
The room was very clean and had a great bed. There was free water and coffee all day, which helped us a lot to arrive in the city. Free walking tours are offered and great breakfast and dinners. There is a pool table and spacious meeting places throughout the property, plenty of clean bathrooms, too. Staff were very helpful and kind.
The room was very small, but we could manage. taking out the huge wardrobe would easily free sufficient space for opening bags and suitcases.
