Another enjoyable stay 8hrs u
Pros:

It was our second stay and brought friends with us this time and we all enjoyed our stay. Polite staff, clean rooms, great location.

Cons:

Only one thing the beds are a bit hard on old bones

A wonderful month spent in beautiful Kata and visiting surrounding areas and friends

Close to everything I wanted

Nothing
Except for the week of renovations but I understand it’s quiet season and only time to get on with it

Bon emplacement, proche de la plage, des commerces et restaurants. Personnel très sympathique.

Cons:

Climatisation compliqué à régler, obligé de l’éteindre la nuit car le bruit de la ventilation est beaucoup trop fort. Soucis au niveau de la douche froid/chaud

Spacioius and clean rooms, welcoming staff and great location, just a close walk to the beach.
They also have a very good restaurant and thai massage centre on the ground floor both highly reccommended.

Very pleasant stay for very reasonable price
Pros:

This is my third or fourth visit to this hotel for a good reasons.
Daily cleaning and daily fresh bedding and towels.
All employees are friendly and helpful
Very decent daily breakfast with choice from I believe 12 different meals
Very close to the beach - I am in late sixties and it’s about seven minutes of easy walk
The 7-eleen store is right front of the hotel
The hotel has a very decent restaurant and many other restaurants and bars are nearby.
Excellent Thai restaurant with small bar is right across the street (Kata on fire)

A nice beach resort to stay in
Pros:

Friendly staff, convenience location, full facilities, good tv shows selection & big room. Also, the staff upgraded my room to near the mountain view and swimming pool without I request it, it’s really surprised me and I really appreciated it.

Mi experiencia en este hotel ha sido excelente. Desde el primer momento todo el personal fue increíblemente amable, atento y siempre dispuesto a ayudarme en todo lo que necesité. Me dieron mucha información útil para moverme por Phuket y me hicieron sentir como en casa.

Quiero destacar especialmente su honestidad y profesionalidad. Tenía un depósito de 3.000 baht de una moto alquilada y, como yo ya había continuado mi viaje, el reembolso lo recibió el hotel en mi nombre. Sin ningún problema, se pusieron en contacto conmigo y me devolvieron el dinero. Ese gesto dice mucho de las personas que trabajan aquí.

Solo puedo darles las gracias por el trato recibido. Recomiendo este hotel al 100% por su calidad humana, su excelente servicio y la tranquilidad que transmiten. Sin duda volvería a alojarme aquí.

La atención del personal, muy amables, que incluye desayuno, la piscina. Te reponen el agua y está muy limpio y buena ubicación.

Cons:

kahvaltı sunumu ve çeşitliliğinin yetersizliğini, tuvaletini beğenmedik. Odadaki tuvalette yeterli ihtiyaç malzemeleri yoktu. Wifii çok yavaştı. Odada terlik yoktu, banyosu temizdi ama her yer su içinde kalıyordu duşakabin olmadığı için. Banyosu gerçekten kötüydü. Oda biraz küf kokuyordu, perdeleri kirli olduğu için daha da rahatsız ediciydi. Eşyaları eskiydi. Personelden çatal bıçak istedik kendi getirmedi restoranı işaret edip, ordan al dedi. Anlam veremedik. Konumu çok geride kalıyor, denize rahat gidersiniz ama yemek pazarlarına ulaşım zor.
