満足
Pros:

今回2度目の宿泊させていただきました。
前回は排水溝が詰まっていて残念でしたが今回は
館内や客室がとても清潔で、快適に過ごすことができました。スタッフの方の対応も丁寧で気持ちが良く、安心して利用できました。立地も良く、観光や移動に便利だったので、とても満足しています。また福岡に来る機会があれば利用したいと思います。

Cons:

ホテルの駐車場が満車だったため、近くのコインパーキングを案内していただきました。提携駐車場や駐車スペースがもう少し充実していると、さらに利用しやすいと感じました。

Como había reservado a través de Booking me dijeron que no podían darme factura ellos, que tenía que ser Booking. Booking me dice que solo el hotel puede emitir una factura válida fiscalmente. El colchón de la cama muy blando. No tiene ningún sentido que el lavabo esté donde está la cama en vez de dentro del cuarto de baño.

Small but nice and clean
Pros:

Location is great, close to Hakata station with lots of shops and restaurants near by, very convenient. Hotel is pretty new, staffs are friendly and helpful. Although the room is small, but it still got all the standard amenities; enough power outlets.

Cons:

Room was so small that a 26" luggage couldn't even open...
