The hotel is lovely, centrally located but quiet and with a great view of the mountains. The staff was really nice and helped us with everything we needed.
The wifi didn't work in the rooms and it was difficult to get help with this.

Beds are really really hard it's like sleeping on the floor no difference at all ( matterace upgrade needed veey much ) so if you're suffering from a back pain that is not a hotel for you .

Das Personal war sehr lieb und hilfsbereit, auch wenn ohne Chef nicht sehr fähig der englischen Sprache also Thailändische Worte und Sätze helfen sehr. Tours als auch Shuttle Busse weg (z.B. Koh Samui) waren sehr leicht und günstig zu organisieren. Wir bekamen sogar Flaschen Wasser umsonst jeden Tag. Eine süße Katze war auch viel vor Ort.
Im Zimmer waren zum Teil ganz kleine Ameisen, aber mit allem drum und dran leicht zu ignorieren.
Die Lage war gut und es war sauber.
Das Personal hat leider sehr schlecht englisch gesprochen und in unserem Zimmer war kein WLAN.

The personnel was not my favourite.
Very loud especially in the morning, the walls are quite thin so you can hear every noise.
If you planning on sleeping in more...this is not the place.
Woke up 2 days out of 3 of my staying there because of cleaning ladies talking very loud in the morning.
On the day of checkout at 10:45 they came knocking at my door and told me I need to leave.
