Pros:

Sauberes Zimmer.
Gute Lage mit Cafes und Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe.
Sehr hilfsbereites Personal.
Schönes und gemütliches Zimmer.

Cons:

Etwas hellhörig, aber das war nicht wirklich ein Problem.

Très bien placé dans une rue animée, près des tours, massages, resto …

Cons:

Matelas très dur! 

Rien à voir mais j’ai booké un taxi juste en face pour aller à khanom. La dame avait l’air très agréable mais finalement je me suis retrouvée le lendemain avec 3 escales, 10 stops, un minibus rempli.. Pour le prix d’un van perso. Les infos ne sont pas claires.

Smelly, but otherwise nice.
Pros:

The location was great for us, just a one minute walk to the start location of the smiley bungalow tours. Nice clean looking rooms with modern facilities.

Cons:

The corridor which leads to the rooms smelled really strongly of mold. I might be sensitive but it was difficult to breathe due to the smell.

The room did initially not smell at all. But once we had stayed in the room for an hour or so we noticed the bed, it's covers and the room in general also smelled of mold. Not sure if this is the case with all rooms but it was quite disappointing.

Großes Zimmer, gute Betten, Kühlschrank, Balkon, relativ ruhig, weil Bars weiter weg.
Nette Menschen!

Cons:

Frühstück inklusive war bezahlt, aber es gab kein Frühstück. Sowas finde ich doof,denn es war ein Grund für meine Auswahl.

L'emplacement proche du Parc naturel et de la rivière ainsi que des commodités de la ville.

Cons:

Chambres familiales qui donnent sur la rue - très bruyante (on s'est demandé si il y avait des vitres ...) avec des rideaux non occultants.
Fourmis dans les chambres malgré le ménage.
Matelas très très dur (on s'est même demandé si il y en avait un ...).

Staff was friendly. Close to the “center”. Room was clean.

Cons:

Room was different to the pictures. 3% extra charge for credit card payments. No elevator.

Pros:

The hotel is lovely, centrally located but quiet and with a great view of the mountains. The staff was really nice and helped us with everything we needed.

Cons:

The wifi didn't work in the rooms and it was difficult to get help with this.

Terrible beds
Pros:

Location , location , location. Huge room . Good wifi, very helpful owner.

Cons:

Beds are really really hard it's like sleeping on the floor no difference at all ( matterace upgrade needed veey much ) so if you're suffering from a back pain that is not a hotel for you .
