Tranquil stay at Yogyakarta
Pros:

Amazing view and territory, very comfortable shower and bed, decent breakfast and decent pool. Definitely good for tranquil relaxed escape.

Cons:

Breakfast was always served 15 to 40 mins late and we had to change our plans few times- this is very not comfortable. Pool has a good view but not very well maintained

Th staff was extraordinary friendly and helped us where they could. The view is great and the rooms have everything. Breakfast can be delivered to your Room and one time we were late for Dinner and they also arranged a Dinner delivery to our room.

Cons:

I really liked that the place is so quiet and far off the busy City Centre of Yogya. To the temples you need to drive anyways because they are outside of town so for me the location was more a plus than a downside but it depends on what you want and expect.

Zalig verblijf op een geweldige plek
Pros:

Supervriendelijk personeel die je bij alles willen helpen om je verblijf fantastisch te laten verlopen. Geweldige bedden, heerlijke lokatie

Pros:

Wat een heerlijke plek! Het personeel doet alles om het naar je zin te maken. Het uitzicht was geweldig, een heerlijk zwembad en tenslotte een gratis taxirit naar het Rajaklana restaurant.
Roomservice is mogelijk. Gewoon top!

Prachtige locatie
Pros:

Prachtige villa, ontzettend vriendelijk personeel. Het aangesloten restaurant was erg leuk met een heerlijke kaart. We misten alleen de wijn.

Cons:

Voor de villa moesten we met een trap naar beneden. Deze had nergens een leuning. Door de regen was het glad en ben ik gevallen. Voor mensen die wat minder goed ter been zijn zou een leuning heel fijn zijn.

Great location, surrounded by greenery, beautiful view from large balcony, very nice personnel. SPA service recommended and highly appreciated. Very pleasant pool.

Pros:

Prachtige ruime kamers, met groot en goed bed. Uitzicht over de groene heuvels. Heerlijk zwembad. Rust. Vriendelijke medewerkers.

Cons:

Als je 100€/ nacht vraagt, moet vooral de service echt beter: dus geen extra bedragen vragen voor ontbijt voor onze tweejarige, bij gebrek aan babybedjes geen derde bed volledig doorbereken voor onze tweejarige, niet zonder aankondiging het ontbijtbuffet cancellen (roomservice duurde vervolgens bijna een uur: niet fijn met hongerige kinderen). Ontbijtbuffet is trouwens ook echt matig van kwaliteit.
Het resort ligt op 2km van het restaurant en andere faciliteiten. Daarvoor kun je gebruik maken van de gratis shuttle. Het restaurant is echter niet goed en dit deel van Rajaklana hoort echt niet bij een 4-5sterren resort: sterk verouderd en niet hygiënisch (wc’s…). Ga vooral naar 1 van de vele goede restaurants in de omgeving met Grab!
Kortom: prijskwaliteit is niet goed en serviceniveau moet echt hoger.

Pros:

Das Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit, reaktionsschnell, bemüht und wir haben uns zu jeder Zeit willkommen gefühlt! Die Aussicht ist atemberaubend, wir konnten uns gut entspannen am Areal. Ein reichliches Frühstück wurde morgens ins Zimmer geliefert. Die Lage abseits vom geschäftigen Yogya war für uns perfekt und mit dem Roller bequem erreichbar - dieser konnte unkompliziert in der Unterkunft gemietet werden. Es war ein gelungener Aufenthalt!

Nice relaxing stay
Pros:

Exceptional staff - very helpful, polite, kind, thoughtful. ❤️
Lovely location, very pretty view, spacious resort. Very beautiful, really. I enjoyed it very much, especially since we were one of very few people there so it felt very private.
It was also convenient that we could order Grab no problem even though it's a bit far from the city center.

Cons:

We visited during Ramadan so we got woken up by mosques in the vicinity at 3 a.m. every night so that's something you want to think about before you come. Sometimes water wasn't working in the bathroom.

Pros:

Large rooms and nice balcony. Water refill every day and communication over WhatsApp. Helpful staff and we could use the bikes for free to explore the surroundings.
