Wir sind bereits zum dritten mal da und wir sind immer sehr zufrieden gewesen. Die Lage ist super. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Zu den Zimmern würde ich mindestens 20m2 empfehlen und ein Eckzimmer.
Super onsen à l’étage. Très relaxant après une journée de marche. Superbe installation et propreté des lieux.
Peut-être un peu loin de tout , 30 min environ des attractions principales de la ville. Mais ce n’est qu’une question de point de vue, car il reste central.
Staff were really nice and helpful. The property was near to plenty of food outlets and very close to Shimbashi train station for ease of transport links to everywhere. The Onsen was great but had a very small locker and changing area.
The room was a bit small for a king room but it was fine. The hotel itself isn’t huge and the washer dryer room was tiny and had an adjoining smoking and vaping room which smelled really bad. There are 2 washing machines and 2 driers that were constantly full and had to be used via an app and paid electronically. We weren’t sure if the microwave at the reception area could be used by guests to heat up food brought into the hotel by guests.

Good location. 5 minutes walk to Shimbashi station. Lots of restaurants nearby.

the location was good & clean
beds were super comfortable. the bathroom was also quite small and felt like a cruise ship. the bathtub was also quite high so not great for seniors.
Location, ease of finding the place
Lobby, reception and hallways were ridiculously cold. Room was musky and moist, with the air conditioner on it was way too cold even on the warmest setting. Ended up getting sick from staying here. The onsen floor prior to entering was moldy and rusty in the men’s area.
The location is great, the breakfast was standout.
The beds were insanely hard. For the room i booked it was way to small for a couple to stay in so had to be forced to upgrade. Due to limited rooms we were moving around a lot which was not ideal. Furthermore, and I want to say this also for other candeo properties, that onsen rules are not clearly communicated. Guests were found to be speaking loudly, covered in tattoos, wearing bathing suits and not showering between sauna and bathing. This is very unhygienic and creates a negative atmosphere.
Convenient location, the sauna was amazing, traditional Japanese style so expect some nudity

Nice Location , good breakfast , nice staff. Rooms not too big but this is normal in Tokyo. Our fourth time here. Very happy. We will come back for sure :-)
