Die Lage ist perfekt, der Bahnhof schnell zu Fuß erreichbar. Viele Restaurants und Kneipen in der Gegend. Macht einfach Spaß. Und natürlich der Onsen. Wunderbar.

Pros:

Myself and my 6'0" son stayed in the twin room 194 square ft. I was worried it would be to small but it was more spacious than I anticipated. We had plenty of room. We accessed the shimbashinstation daily and on multiple occasions. Plenty of food places and loved the convenience of having a 7/11, lawsons and family mart within walking distance.

The room was clean and just an overall great location. We received toothbrushes and toothpaste. We loved the comfortable pajamas and slippers. The breakfast was delicious as well. We were able to try new dishes than what we are use to. Loved our first Japan trip.

Fantastic Stay
Pros:

CLEAN. Great location.
Walking distance to Shimbashi station that includes the Yamanote loop line and Ginza line. The breakfast was an absolute treat every morning and the hotel is near dozens of restaurants. I literally started and ended my day in the relaxing onsen that included a sauna cold soak and hot bath. The best part of this hotel is that it is not situated in a touristy area, but has easy access to the popular areas of Tokyo.

Sehr gute Lage und für ein Stadthotel absolut ok.
Pros:

Die Lage in der Nähe der Shimbashi Station war für uns optimal.

Cons:

Es gab nur ein Doppelbett bei der Dreierbelegung. Die dritte Schlafgelegenheit war ein umfunktionierter Sitzbank mit Kissen… sehr unbequem. Leider.

The location of the hotel was amazing, very easy to reach to one of the main stations (Shinbashi) and there were so many attractions around the hotel, great restaurants, cafes, kombinis, karaoke places - everything was within walking distance. The hotel room was spacious enough for Tokyo standards and the room was comfy, we had everything we needed. Breakfast had a lot of options, both Japanese and international and it was quite tasty.
