Great Home Base
Pros:

Excellent location, close to many shops and attractions. About a 5 minute walk to the train station. Staff was friendly and very helpful with information and transferring bags to kyoto. Breakfast was great as well.

Cons:

Was unable to use the spa due to tattoos, but we understand and respect their rules.

Easy access from Narita airport and surrounded by plenty of restaurants and shops. Our time there was much too short.
Pros:

Located a short from Shinbashi station which made traveling on the trains very easy. The onsen was pretty empty during our stay and that made it a much more restful experience. The staff was very helpful and efficient.

Cons:

Rooms were tiny as expected for Tokyo. They could consider removing the pant presser to give a few more inches of space in the room.

Bon choix, à un prix raisonnable
Pros:

Comme tous les hôtels Candeo, celui-ci a un (modeste) onsen au dernier étage, ce qui est un atout de l'établissement, en plus de sa localisation : en plein Shimbashi, mais dans une rue à l'écart du bruit. Soit un quartier intéressant pour découvrir Tokyo lors d'une première visite (la Yamamote juste à côté, comme deux lignes de métro, Ginza à deux pas, etc.), ou au moment du départ (Haneda à 30 mn par une ligne de métro directe). Les chambres sont propres, pas trop petites et assez bien aménagées.

Cons:

On aurait bien aimé un onsen un peu plus grand :)

Pros:

It was very convenient especially when we arrived very late and the public bath was still opened for us to ease our tiredness as well as still restaurants opened at 3am to fill our empty stomachs.

Cons:

As I had long stay, and opt for minimal cleaning and changing of towels, you will need to go to reception for replenishment of some items such as tea/ coffee. But they weee very helpful when you asked.
