Everything -Clean premises, spacious room, very courteous staff and excellent food for breakfast.
Nothing much , actually. Except reception is on the 2nd Floor , if I have to say anything. But no big deal.
While I stayed at the property for nearly 50 nights over a four-month period for business travel, and overall had very few issues with the stay itself while it was not great the same time , I found the group's policies and handling of this matter to be highly unethical and unprofessional.
I understand that for corporate bookings made through my company, points or qualifying nights may not be awarded. Had this been communicated clearly from the outset, I would have accepted it, even if I did not agree with or like the policy.
However, that was not what happened in my case. Throughout my stays, I was repeatedly assured that the nights would be credited. Based on those assurances, I continued staying with the group without raising concerns. It was only after I persistently followed up and pressed for answers that I was finally informed that none of my stays would qualify for night credits.
What makes this even more frustrating is seeing hotel groups negotiate discounted corporate rates while excluding loyalty points and qualifying nights from those bookings, yet still expecting guests to remain loyal to their brand and loyalty program. It is highly annoying and contradictory to encourage loyalty while deliberately withholding the very benefits designed to reward it.
As a result of this experience, I have decided that I will no longer stay with this group and will be permanently deleting my loyalty account. I sincerely hope that I will not have to return to this hotel group in the future.
The toiletries provided were of good quality, and the personal care products were pleasant to use.
The air conditioning was inconsistent during my stay. At times, the room was sufficiently cold, but it would occasionally become warm, which was particularly noticeable when sleeping.
Despite staying on the 21st floor, traffic noise was still quite noticeable. Modified vehicles passing by could be heard clearly from the room, and this was especially disruptive during sleeping hours.
It realy exceeded my expectations, the price comaring the the size of the room and the service was realy perfect

The breakfast was excellent!
The room wasn't as clean as i would have liked. There were hairs in the shower from the last guest, and their was no-where in the hotel that served decaf coffee.

The best seafood buffet ever. The oysters are fresh. Prawns and crabs are fresh too. Very friendly staff and the manager also the best. We came here to celebrate our anniversary last year in 2025. Come again this year for same occasion. I love the hospitality and of course the food.
