Pros:

The Perfect Get-Away for a Perfect Holiday
Pros:

Staff very friendly and helpful. Went out of their way to make my stay enjoyable. When I didn't know how to get water to come out of the shower, they came to my room immediately and showed me. Also gave me tourist advise and how and where to buy a ticket for the Alilaguna service to take me to the airport. Venice was experiencing a heatwave and there was air conditioning in my room, as well as a blow fan.

I liked everything.

A great place to enjoy Venice from.
Pros:

The style of the rooms was as promised, authentically decorated. Room was not large but everything was there.
The location was great, a lot of places were easily to get to.
The staff was very friendly and helpful, breakfast out on the square was an experience to enjoy.

Cons:

Nothing not to like.

Super service and authentic Venetian location
Pros:

Location was great, the staff was beyond helpful and accommodating and it compensated the shortcomings of the property.

Comfortable, home-y feel with beautiful Venetian decor.
Pros:

Staff was excellent, go above and beyond to help. Room was ready early. Marco made us scrambled eggs that the kids are still talking about. Felt like a boutique hotel where everyone knows you.

Cons:

Rooms were small, but this was expected.

Superbe hôtel idéallement placé
Pros:

Superbe hôtel dans le pur style vénitien. Personnel serviable. La chambre est petite, ce qui est normal à Venise, mais très haut niveau de confort - télévision (pas utilisée), machine à café, douche italienne, superbe émaux dans la salle de bain, air conditionné très efficace (il faisait 39 degrés lors de notre séjour). Possibilité de prendre un verre de vin au bar. Superbe buffet petit déjeuner. Nous avons pu laisser les bagages avant notre départ et utiliser les toilettes pour nous rafraichir avant le départ. Très belle découverte, à 10 minutes à pied de la place Saint-Marc.
