The location of the property is great, the stuff at the front desk is very helpful and responsive. The room was comfortable and very clean, and the breakfast in the morning was fantastic.

Cons:

The hotel is very small, the elevator is tiny, and the room is very small, so just something to be prepared for. There is no much room for your suitcases or clothes. I wouldn’t say it was a major issue, just something to be prepared for, because it definitely looks bigger in the photos.
However, the design is really thoughtful where every inch of the space is used wisely, which made our stay comfortable regardless of the size of the room.

Lovely, but very small hotel in a great location. Breakfast was very good with option to sit outside in the square, great coffee from buffet with plenty of options.

Cons:

The single room was petite, and the bathroom had to be accessed across the hallway. This was fine, so long as you know what to expect. I think I would pay for a double though. The air conditioning worked but was extremely noisy in bedroom and couldn't see that you can adjust. Mattress was very firm. Just check expectations when booking.

Great location and decent room, but very high price for a pretty low value and unkind staff.

Cons:

Someone opened the door at 9 AM while we were inside and didn’t even bother to close it afterwards. The staff weren’t very nice as well.

Very nice hotel and excellent staff. Would definitely stay here again.
Pros:

Excellent location! Very close to several vaporetto stations and right near the Accademia Bridge for easy access to Dorsoduro. I really like the cool wallpaper on the rooms!

Cons:

The room was a bit cramped and there was no real closet space.

Perfekt für Venedig
Pros:

Die positiven Bewertungen stimmen, die anderen können wir nicht nachvollziehen. Ein wunderschönes kleines Hotel am Platz. Lage und Service einfach perfekt. Die Freundlichkeit aller Mitarbeiter war umwerfend. Gerne kommen wir zur nächsten Biennale 2028 wieder.

美味しい朝食とテラスが広場の素敵なホテル
Pros:

ホテルの前が広場で、そこをテラス席としていて、広場でいただく朝食が種類が多くとても美味しく、スタッフの方も明るく丁寧に対応してくださり、毎日の朝食がとても楽しかったです。お部屋も必要なものは全てあり、清潔で丁寧に清掃されていました。フロントのスタッフも明るくフレンドリーで、とても良かったです。ホテルのインテリアも素敵ですし、ヴァポレット乗り場もリアルト橋やサンマルコ広場も近く便利な立地も魅力です。

Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist ideal um alle Sehenswürdigkeiten relativ bequem zu erreichen.
Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend und ausgenommen freundlich. Dad Frühstück ausreichend und sehr schön angerichtet.

Cons:

Dass das Bad nicht direkt im Zimmer sondern über dem Gang liegt. Dafür gibt es aber einen eigenen Bademantel für den Weg zum Bad.
