la habitación que me dieron no era lo que ofrecen en las imágenes de Booking y al pasar a habitación superior por nivel Genius me dieron una de dos camas en un espacio más pequeño con una mini ventana y en una hubicacion fea junto a la bodega de limpieza donde se oía ruido en las.mañanas y las puertas chocaban. no atendieron mi inconformidad, mala atención de recepcion. las toallas desgastadas y viejas, el bote de shampoo vacío... en las fotos se ve que te dan botellas de agua y que tienen aire acondicionado, no es real... es más cambien las fotos de booking

The location was great!
There was no hot water. The towels appeared dirty, there were no elevators, and what they called the second floor was about four long flights of stairs. With luggage, that is a lot. That should be mentioned in the description.
