Worth it just for the breakfast!
Pros:

Excellent breakfast. Wonderful location in the middle of great shopping, easy access to metro, and in spite of central location, my room on the 10th floor was very quiet except for a little bass noise from the nearby rooftop bar. Updated decor of the room is also a plus.

Service That Truly Goes Above and Beyond

My wife and I had an outstanding stay at Hyatt Centric Gran Vía Madrid. The hotel is in a fantastic location, making it easy to explore the city's major attractions, restaurants, and shopping. Our room was comfortable, well-appointed, and very quiet despite being right on Gran Vía.

What truly set this hotel apart, however, was the level of service. Every member of the staff was warm, professional, and genuinely committed to ensuring we had a wonderful stay. They went above and beyond to accommodate a special dietary request that required significant planning and coordination, and they handled it with enthusiasm, kindness, and incredible attention to detail. It's rare to encounter a team so dedicated to making guests feel welcome.

If you're visiting Madrid and value exceptional hospitality, Hyatt Centric Gran Vía is an outstanding choice. We look forward to returning on our next visit.
