La première fois qu’on me refuse même une demi heure de plus, la personne en réception m’a dit qu’il fallait faire le check out à 12:00… pour un 5 étoiles j’ai trouvé ça décevant ! Alors que le checking s’est fait assez tard …

Decently I will come back and I will recommend to my friends
Pros:

The Hotel is beautiful, impecable and the location is great. Other things that stood out was the breakfast and the friendlinees of the staff. Rooms had a good size and bed very comfortable.

Perfect location, highly recommend hotel
Pros:

The location was perfect in gran via the Main Street in Madrid, close to everything, plaza mayor is around 8 min walking, 5 min walking and you can walk in the old town, almost all shops in gran via street, the hop on hop off station just in front of the hotel
The staff were helpful and nice. The room size is perfect with a view to gran via

I was very impressed and I travel extensively.
Pros:

I cannot say enough about how kind and helpful the staff was here it made all the difference in my experience. The hotel was attractive, room well done and a good location.
