وأخص بالشكر الموظفة ديانا، كانت متعاونة جدًا وساعدتنا في كل شيء وحرصت على إنهاء إجراءاتنا بأسرع وقت. كما أنها قامت بالتواصل مع سائق التاكسي بنفسها وشرحت له موقع الفندق وكيفية الوصول إلينا، وانتظرت معنا حتى وصل التاكسي. كذلك اهتمت بالسؤال عن المطار وموعد رحلتنا للتأكد من أن أمورنا كلها مرتبة.

خدمة أكثر من رائعة وتجربة ممتازة. أنصح بالمكان بكل تأكيد، وإن شاء الله سأعود للإقامة فيه مرة أخرى.

Entrada en el chekin porque hemos llegado mucho antes del horario previsto y nos dijeron que nos conseguirían a las 7:00 am pero recién nos dieron 13:00 horas aproximadamente, hubiesen dicho desde el inicio que no tenían manera así íbamos en otro hotel a descansar, quedamos como 6 horas esperando

للأسف عند الوصول تم سحب مبلغ جناح مرتين قالت لي الموظفة المرة الاولى مرفوضه والان اكثر من 10 ايام مارجع لي المبلغ وسحبت مره ثانيه وزاد المبلغ .. للاسف نكدوا ع اقامتي وبعدها ماشفت هالموظفه وكل زميلاتهم يقولون لي راجعي البنك 😩 والبنك اتصل عليهم مافيه شي بالسستم .. غير الفطور مانصح فيه ماهو ع مستوى فطور فايف ستار وغير متنوع ومحدد الخيارات
