A lovely place to take a break and relax in the city that never sleeps.
Pros:

The location of the hotel is fantastic. Thank you also for the special note and the surprise gift that arrived in the room for our wedding anniversary. The bar on the rooftop terrace is also very good especially in the night.

Pros:

The balcony was excellent, the staff were amazing and helped with anything we needed. Even though we were on a different time, i.e., waking up very late, staff were still able to clean the room when asked and service. Not one bad interaction with staff from the doorman, bar tender, waitress, cleaning staff, etc. Also, the restaurant/bar on the roof was only floor above which was also great.

Cons:

I accidentally booked two rooms and was unable to get a refund but apparently that wasn't due to the hotel.
