Pros:

Pros:

LOCATION IS PERFECT. HOTEL IS IN THE HEART OF MADRID. STAFF IS FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL. THE ROOM WAS SPOTLESS CLEAN. EVEN THOUGH THE HOTEL IS LOCATED ON A MAIN ROAD (GRAN VIA) ROOMS ARE SOUNDPROOF. WE COULD SLEEP PEACEFULLY ON SATURDAY NIGHT. BREAKFAST IS DELICIOUS. WE WOULD LIKE TO THANK SPECIALLY TO IRENE FOR HER SUPPORTIVE HELP DURING CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT.
