Pros:

Overall it was alright, but after the bistro's opening hours, the staff are not supportive anymore. No one was in the hotel lobby, and the phone calls were not answered.

Cons:

We have requested to turn off or turn down the music during the night, but we didn't get any response. No one answered the phone calls, and the problem was not fixed. We couldn't sleep overnight.

Fabulous Old Style Pub Stay with Amazing Food and Exceptionally Friendly Staff
Pros:

Great stay at Abermain Hotel - the staff were incredible! Food was fresh and tasty and the atmosphere a lot of fun. We chatted to various locals in the bar for hours who were so friendly! The little cafe onsite was fabulous for morning breakfast and great coffee. What an absolute gem!! Highly recommend to stay here!!! We are already booking our next stay again.

Excellent !
Pros:

Clean well maintained rooms , air conditioning was much appreciated as it was hot for our stay . Friendly and very helpful staff made us feel right at home .
