Pros:

The location is great, nearby to local eateries, mini market, walking distance to night market Jalan Chester and Pasar Tanjung Tawau. The bed also comfy, aircond also very cold.

Cons:

The toilet abit dirty and smelly.

Odeur de cigarette constante
Pros:

Le lit est confortable, propre, la serviette aussi.
Le personnel est attentif et sympa.

Cons:

L'odeur de cigarette dans la chambre. La 1ere chambre sentait trop fort, j’ai pu changer, la 2eme ça allait au début puis l'odeur est arrivée, le personnel a mis du désodorisant mais c’est revenu. Apres avoir chercher l'odeur qui etait dans la chambre mais aussi dans l'ascenseur, je pense que cela vient de la climatisation qui devrait etre fortement nettoyer car l’air qui etait envoyer sentait la cigarette /mauvais et cela s'imprègne sur les murs. Le lendemain mon haut de pyjama sentait mauvais et j’avais mal à la tête.

Le sol de la salle de bain n'était pas complètement propre, il ya avait plusieurs cheveux ainsi que dans le bac de souche bien en évidence avec des tâches.

Pour le prix de la nuit, un gros nettoyage des clims serait a faire.

Personally I would skip in my future trips.
Pros:

Customer service with a smile and kind.

Cons:

Evidences of super low maintenance are on plain eye sight (see attached pictures). In my I nights stay I killed 2 mosquitos and 2 baby cockroaches. And I’m on level-5!

Pros:

I like the area . Near to any local restaurant

Cons:

The sink in Room 801 is clogged, and the water is draining very slowly. This makes it difficult to wash hands and brush teeth. Could you please arrange for it to be checked and repaired? Thank you.

Pros:

L'hôtel est en plein centre-ville c'était vraiment très pratique. Le personnel était gentil. La chambre que nous avons pris était propre, avec une salle de bain parfaite. Il y avait également des tasses, avec du café en sachet. Les lits sont confortables et les draps sont propres. Il y a également une télévision.
