Good location, great staff, modern clean facilities, perfect for a weekend stay.
Pros:

Tbe check-in staff were efficient and friendly. The accommodation was clean and modern, great bathroom. Handy access to the train line. Lots of parking. We didn't have an opportunity to eat at the venue, it was very busy which usually means it's good value, next time!

Cons:

Everything was great - nothing that we didn't like!

A pleasant stay close to all we needed , parking outside .
Pros:

Location was good , evening meal good value.

Cons:

The choice of having cereal and milk delivered the evening before for breakfast next day .

Nothing about the Sterling hotel and Nothing about property surroundings

Cons:

When i first opened the door to my room it smelt dadly opened all the windows which seemed to help, had to wear my shoes inside the room because the carpet was sticky and the tiles in the toilet and bathroom were sticky, I ask for early check in I was told I had to pay $20 p/h every hr before the check in time at 2pm never experienced that before, it seem to me like it was more about sucking the money out of you rather than good customer service, I will never stay there again i have had much more consideration from other establishments

Comfortable stay without the flashings.
Pros:

This is an aged facility however it does provide everything you need without being outlandish. Comfortable and has the hotel attached so its good for meals and beers after the work is done

Cons:

I was upstairs so that could put some people off. Little dated and small bathroom shower.
