Good value, well positioned hotel
Pros:

A very nice hotel, some of the staff were very helpful and friendly, others less so. We had a duplex room in the top floor by the rooftop bar which was very comfortable. Breakfast was ok, not the best breakfast buffet we’ve had, but by no means the worst. The swimming pools were a welcome feature in the 40 degree heat. Location wise, the hotel is away from the very busy centre of Sorrento, but not too far to walk.

Cons:

The hotel needed a little updating in places, for example in our room there were lots of marks on the wall and it needed repainting. A wider range of fresh fruit on the breakfast buffet would have been nice.

Michelangelo visit in July 2026
Pros:

Ihana ilmapiiri, loistava ja tyylikäs palvelu! Erittäin siistit ja uudet huoneet. Hyvä illallisravintola kattoterassilla, erittäin hyvä ruoka ja upeat maisemat. Sijainti juuri sopivasti pahimman turistikeskittymän reunalla. Menisin uudelleen!

Staff was wonderful but the hotel is not 4 star.
Pros:

The staff was great. Really great customer service. They offer breakfast which helps eliminate having to figure where to go every morning. The roof top bar is really nice and great to what the sunset.

Cons:

Our bathroom had ants on the window sile and bathtub area. The rooms could use alittle updating or atleast touching up. My husband saw a huge rat on the terrace area by the lounge chairs so we didn't use it that area. We were afraid to get a rat in our room or get attacked by one if we ate outside. The train tracks were right outside our window so we figure that's why rats were around. Also, because the train was so close you can hear it until around midnight when it seems to stop running.

A great find for a comfortable holiday
Pros:

It was central to the main tourist area, it had great facilities in the beautiful sky bar, restaurant, hot tub deck and pool. It was beautifully air conditioned and the staff were great.

Cons:

It was quite pricey for the half board and the choice of food was limited for evening meal. We also had a room above the dining room at the back and next to the railway station so noisy from quite early in the morning (no lie ins!). But few of the rooms are like that I imagine.
