Ubicación perfecta y atención de recepción pésima

El trato de las recepcionistas. A mi llegada me explicó que a las 22:30 se cierran puertas, y se tiene que entrar con código porque no hay personal en el hotel en recepción. Mi descontento fue que salí a tomar algo llegando a las 20:00, estaba en recepción la persona y llamé al timbre. Con formas no apropiadas me dice: te abro pero hay que meter código.
Estás en recepción, ábreme y sobra el comentario además que he pedido disculpas porque no entendí que aunque estén en recepción y la puerta de cristal cerrada hay que meter el código.
Yo pensaba que se metía código, a partir de las 22:30 mientras no hubiera nadie en recepcion.
Habitación con ventana inaccesible para poder abrir.
Mando de la habitación sin pila.
