Pros:

Hotel is in a very charming building and is located in the old town. Room was a good size with comfy beds. The staff were welcoming and helpful.

Very good location could not have asked for more. Stayed for two days and loved it.
Pros:

Love this hotel for location and comfort. Right next to District Humedor and Romantica and the Cathrdral. Comfortable and very clean. Decor was very amazing!

Cons:

The front morning person was rude and not very welcoming to patrons.

La atención del personal de recepción. Tuvimos un problema de ruido y nos cambiaron la habitación. Muy amables.

Cons:

Tiene un grave problema de ruido. Hay un restaurante sin insonorizar justo debajo del hotel y si se junta uno o varios grupos, es como tenerlos en la habitación.

Ist eine alte Pilger( spanischer Jakobsweg) Posada , liebevoll restauriert, sehr zentral gelegen.
Pros:

Innenstadlage am Rande der >Fußgängerzone und gleichzeitig nah zum historischem Zentrum. In der Nacht recht laut.
Sehr alt wirkendes Gebäude mit Liebe restauriert. Wunderbares Treppenhaus mit eichernen Stufen.

Cons:

Zugang durch Bauarbeiten pasager recht schwierig. PKW parken sehr schwierig.

Destaco a la recepcionista del check-in, persona grata y muy amable. La del check-out también se destacó, pero por su pésimo trato. Hotel limpio y muy agradable, en edificio histórico. Pero restó ruidoso. Tuvieron la consideración de cambiarnos de habitación. Desayuno mediocre, no a la altura.

Very pleasant stay.
Pros:

Very cosy little hotel. Extremely convenient to the old town attractions and despite its position the hotel is quite quiet. Nicely decorated with period furniture.

Cons:

Not that it bothered me during my stay but it only has a desk fan. There is no a/c. May get hot in mid summer.
