O hotel dispõem de um pequeno supermercado no lobby
Os empregados são muito simpáticos e prestáveis

Cons:

O quarto está a necessitar de uma pequena remodelação. Paredes estragadas e caso de banho antiquada. Já não se usa banheira nos hotéis. Base de duche é a predominação.
Pequeno almoço fraco em termos de variedade e produtos, predominando comida asiática o que se torna um pouco pesada logo pela manhã, para os europeus

Pleasant experience on Jeju
Pros:

The hotel has a good location on the cosy town of Seogwipo. The twin room is very spacious, the facilities are nice. The mattress also felt good. We also had a sea view even though we did not specifically request it. The staff reacted to our requires immediately and were rather welcoming. There is also a 24-our store with snacks and basic food right on the ground floor. The cleaning was done daily. It is also possible to leave baggage after the check out if needed.

Cons:

It turned out that we had black mold in our air conditioner and we asked the staff at the reception desk to clean it. The air conditioner was cleaned the same day and we used it until the end of our stay.

Pros:

Location was excellent. Parking on site also came in handy.
One particular front desk worker was exceptionally helpful!

Cons:

- Rooms did not look like those in pictures;
- scrambled eggs were cold for breakfast;
- staff wasn’t particularly friendly in general.
