Had a great stay!
Pros:

Loved the location. Rooms and shared sitting areas were comfortable and quaint. Enjoyed our stay. Would definitely stay here again. The folks at the nearby coffee shop were very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The fridge in the shared kitchen should probably be cleaned and defrosted (no room and kinda scary looking). Check-in was a little tricky at first, maybe because we were a bit early, but it worked out ok with a little help from the staff.

除了床單有一點小污漬
實際走訪過後是一間CP值很高的住宿
可以睡覺，離車站很近，自助方便，一樓有共用廚房還有餐桌，古色古香
如果你是學生或小資旅行可以來住
但如果你跟我一樣是蜜月或是一點小髒就受不了的人，我想你不適合

Great value!
Pros:

Very surprised by the value of this property and would highly recommend. The location was great- beautiful area along the stream, a very short walk to the Interlaken West train station, Coop & cafes close by, quiet neighbourhood. The communications with management was great - they pre warned us about the small rooms & creaky floors (which is true) but that sets realistic expectations. It has self check in which was very easy to complete and again management sent detailed instructions early so we understood where the hotel was located and access codes ect. The best feature of this hotel is the full sized communal kitchen!! We knew food in Switzerland would be very costly so to have a full kitchen with stove, fridge, toaster, free coffee machine, kettle, all the pots/ pans/ utensils available was amazing and saved us so much money. They even provide individual room lockers for your food in the kitchen. We visited Spatz every morning (coffee shop downstairs) which has great coffee and sits on the water.

Cons:

The bathroom and shower was tiny, only one person in it at a time, but it was very clean. The room itself was adequately sized with room for large suitcases. I think we were in a secondary building to the main hotel rooms, it was one flight of stairs to reach. There is no air con but we didn't need it during September anyway, it had large windows we could open for fresh air, there was street noise but not disruptive. Beds and pillows are very soft.

Charming, comfortable, and exceptionally well thought out.
Pros:

Self check-in — a dream for introverts! No need to interact with staff at all, and the smart locks work directly through your phone. Technolgia! The renovation was clearly done with care and attention to detail. I especially liked the information about the owners and the story of how they started the hotel — it really gave the place some soul. Comfortable beds and a very central location.

The website is also excellent: detailed information and photos of every room, which makes the whole experience feel very transparent. Without a reception desk, the detailed FAQ with local tips is especially useful. We also appreciated the option to leave luggage after check-out. Everything felt very well thought out.

One small inconsistency: we read that housekeeping is only done when the sign is put on the door, but our room was cleaned every day and all used towels were replaced anyway. Not that we needed it — just a little curious that the actual practice was different from the stated policy.

Cons:

Just small feedback: In room #4, the stylish industrial mirror above the sink looks great and adds character, but unfortunately makes it difficult to lean over the sink to wash your face. The result is basically a duck bathing in a pond — lots of splashing. 😄

Schnelles digitales Check-in hat alles super funktioniert . Sauberes Zimmer, bequemes Bett.

Cons:

Sehr , sehr kleines Zimmer. Mit noch einem sehr kleinen Bad hat eine Person darin Platz. Leider ist es sehr ringhörig im Zimmer NR. 1 liegt im Treppen Haus man hört leider alles.

Heerlijke locatie vlakbij gezellige wijnbar Spatz. Kamer is niet groot maar vandalen gemakken voorzien.
Pros:

Locatie net buiten Interlaken in Unterseen. Een veel authentieker dorpje.

Cons:

We konden het moeilijk vinden en online inchecken had wat voeten in aarde.
