Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und die Zimmer sind sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet.

Cons:

Wir hatten Zimmer 1. Es wirkt dunkel, weil das Fenster um die Ecke hinter einem Mauervorsprung ist.
Außerdem war es in dem Zimmer zu warm, was nicht an den Außentemperaturen lag. Die Heizkörper waren auch aus.
Morgens war es ziemlich laut, weil wir erst die dritte "Frühstücksschicht" hatten.

Sehr freundliches und engagiertes Personal. Liebevolle Ausstattung der Zimmer, alles was man braucht. 1A-Lage. Sehr gutes Frühstück, besonders der Lachs war super lecker.

Cons:

Der kleine Frühstücksraum ist tatsächlich ein Problem und sorgt nicht immer für entspanntes Frühstücken.
Insbesondere wenn Familien mit Kindern (davon eines im Hochstuhl) oder Menschen mit Rollator Platz nehmen wollen und die noch verfügbaren Plätze nicht wirklich geeignet sind, stoßen Gäste und Personal, welches wirklich absolut freundlich war, an Grenzen.
Hier schien mir mehr Flexibilität im Hinblick auf die Möglichkeit der Platzreservierung vorab möglich. Nur ein (oder zwei) größere Tische schienen reserviert werden zu können.

Die Regelung mit den drei Slots für die Frühstückszeiten war aber auf jeden Fall praktikabel und hilfreich.
Und wenn der Raum nahezu leer war und man etwas zu früh da war, war das für das Personal auch überhaupt kein Problem.

Gute Lage
Pros:

Das Zimmer war mit Hund und Kind sehr groß und die Mitarbeiter waren immer freundlich. Das hotel war sehr gut gelegen zu der Innenstadt und zum Hafengebiet.

Cons:

Beim Frühstück musste man pünktlich sein, um von allem etwas abzubekommen. Das war mit baby für uns etwas schwer, immer pünktlich da zu sein.
