O hotel é bem localizado, ficando próximo a Orla de Tambaú (aproximadamente 10 minutos a pé). O café da manhã é maravilhoso com muita variedade e uma pessoa muito simpática que faz tapiocas de vários sabores e omelete na hora. Logo que cheguei fui acomodada num quarto no quinto andar que tinha infiltarações e uma goteira (o andar todo cheirava a mofo). Aí pedi que me trocassem de quarto e fui prontamente atendida, me colocaram num quarto no primeiro andar bem confortável e com chuveiro maravilhoso. O hotel tem uma piscina para crianças e sala de jogos bem legais. O hotel tem restaurante e funciona para almoço e jantar. A pizza do restaurante é muito boa. Teve telão pra assisitir aos jogos da Copa do Mundo próximo a piscina. Foi show!
1. O banheiro não tinha janela nem exaustor. Acho que não preciso explicar por que isso é um problema. 2. Encontramos uma barata morta no quarto. 3. No jantar, pedimos cheeseburguers. Depois de bastante tempo, vieram avisar que não tinha carne de hamburguer e substituíram por filé, mas demorou demais para ficarem prontos. 4. Havia erros de português em muitas placas. 5. Não havia nada no frigobar. 6. A TV às vezes não conseguia conexão e ficava "fora do ar".

O café da manha muito bom, localização muito boa, piscinas para crianças e a de adulto excelente, brinquedoteca agradável. o manobrista o excelente profissional.
O telefone do quarto não estava pegando, foi falando na recepção e não foi resolvido, os horários da brinquedoteca é muito aleatório, não segue o horários determinado. Sobre o restaurante, pedi uma pizza as 8 horas da noite e ela só chegou as 10:30 da noite, porque eu tive que ir buscar.

A localização é ótima.
Essa é a segunda vez que fico neste hotel e infelizmente a limpeza desta vez deixou muito a desejar.
Gostei muito, quartos amplos e limpos. A parte infantil muito boa. Pra quem tem criança, é ótimo!
