Delicious breakfast and great location
Pros:

Hotel El Aram Beach has an excellent location, making it easy to enjoy João Pessoa's beaches, restaurants, and attractions.

The service was very good throughout our stay. The valet parking staff were quick, careful, and professional, and the R$25 daily fee was well worth the convenience. The breakfast was another highlight, offering a great variety of options, including freshly made tapiocas, omelets, and eggs prepared to order.

Cons:

Unfortunately, the hotel falls short when it comes to maintenance. The swimming pools, game room, stairways, guest rooms, and the property in general show clear signs of poor upkeep. Room cleanliness also needs significant improvement, as the housekeeping standards do not match the price charged.

Considering the rates and compared with other hotels in João Pessoa, the hotel is overpriced for what it offers. With better maintenance and much higher cleaning standards, it could provide a far better guest experience.

Nossa estadia foi excelente.O quarto era amplo, muito confortável e limpo. A estrutura é ótima, especialmente para quem viaja com crianças, com uma piscina infantil e área de lazer A localização também é excelente, facilitando o acesso a diversos lugares. Toda a experiência foi muito positiva.Recomendo o hotel!

2. Atendimento: Chegamos às 1h30 da madrugada com muitas malas. Havia outras pessoas no hotel, mas ninguém veio nos ajudar com a bagagem.
3. Banheiro: O banheiro estava com vazamento de água e havia uma barata.
4. Wi-Fi: O Wi-Fi não funcionou durante toda a nossa estadia.O pessoal não soube resolver o problema e mostrou-se completamente indiferente. Primeiro, apenas me deram novamente a senha do Wi-Fi e, depois, si admitiram que havia um chamado aberto para resolver a situação. No entanto, o problema nunca foi solucionado.

5.Além disso, o quarto era muito barulhento, pois ficava de frente para uma avenida com tráfego intenso.
6. Elevadores: Os elevadores são antigos e, na minha opinião, são insuficientes para a grande quantidade de hóspedes. Em alguns momentos, é praticamente impossível conseguir usar um deles.
