Location, room, service all excellent

Cons:

The signature smell in the lobby. It may have just been my personal preference but it was overpowering and not a smell I enjoyed. But was not present in the room just the lobby and hallways.

Overall we enjoyed our stay, room was comfortable and clean
Pros:

The location was great, close to everything we needed

Cons:

The lighting in the room was poor or we couldn’t find the proper light switches also the air conditioning was hard to manage. We ended up turning it off because we couldn’t work out how to change it to heat. Didn’t want to call reception st midnight.

Pros:

The reception staff were very welcoming. My room was clean, comfortable and spacious with a lovely view of the river. Excellent block out curtains, comfortable bed, a desk with 2 chairs, a couch, and a small kitchenette with all the necessary equipment. There's a café in the lobby offering some easy breakfast options.
I found the location very convenient. Easy access to Uptown, the Queen St mall area, Southbank, the Star casino complex and the free city loop bus service.
I will definitely return to this hotel.

Pros:

Good location, great facilities. Staff was friendly and helpful. Appreciated the in-room washing machine and dryer as we are traveling light as a family.

Cons:

Could have provided in-room slippers, housekeeping also missed clearing the trash on the first day.

Fabulous - will be back!
Pros:

Location is great, staff are friendly, rooms are clean and it’s great value for money. Our second stay here and won’t be our last!

Cons:

The only thing I could say is the lighting isn’t great for doing makeup (Will bring my own mirror next time)

Good location.

Cons:

The pillow case was dirty. I left a little note to request to refill the body lotion. There was no one checked and didn’t refill it either. There is no one made the bed.
