Awesome staffs.
Pros:

We had a really good stay overall. The staff were incredibly welcoming and handled a couple of escalations for us quickly and professionally. Special thanks to Sarah, the manager — she was amazing, lovely, and went out of her way to make things right. The kids loved the bathtub, and the view from our room was stunning. Big thanks also to Hussein, Awad, and the bellman who helped us out.

Food was another highlight — I loved the croissants, they were soft and flaky like the one I tried when I was in Europe, and the chef even made paratha specially for us on request.

Cons:

The only issue were assigned a room with old furniture and a dirty tub on arrival. This is the 2nd time this has happened to us here. But this was escalated and taken cared of.

Good location and need to work on their staff training and skills.
Pros:

The location is good.

Cons:

How the check in was done, I had to wait around15 minutes even though I was late for the check in time.
I had to change the room as there was water leaking from the bathroom. Also the reception and room service response late and I had to call more than 2 to 3 times asking for help.
