I had a very pleasant and quiet stay
Pros:

+The room assigned is the one of my preference. This time they make it right. Thanks Zahara Manager on Duty.
The room was cleaned. I did not face any isssue.
The location is near the shopping and food outlets. Anyway there choices inside the hotel.

Cons:

The food menu must be improved.

Pros:

My first choice......EVERYTIME, I travel from KSA to Bahrain....even short stay or weekend stay, Location is perfect for me....and the bars inside and roof top with magnificent view to the bay........are great.

Cons:

The sound is TOO laud on the BAR 28 floor....with live music........ impossible to enjoy so loud....and i love live music

Weekend stay at studio room.
Pros:

Reception staff were amazing. They tried their best to satisfy my request for an upper floor with a balcony....thanks
Late checkout on Saturday was very gracious by the reception staff... Thanks again

Cons:

A/C control didn't work properly , but the room temperature was OK most of my stay.
Hotel multi-story car park is rather tricky and precarious , but street parking is available most of the time... thanks.
