La posizione è il suo punto forte

Cons:

Odore poco piacevole nel bagno, doccia da rivedere (scarico lento tanto da dover chiudere l'acqua altrimenti esce di fuori, tubo che schizza acqua ovunque)

Un alojamiento recomendado, no sólo por lo qu es la habitación y por estar en calle Etnea.

SERVICIOS El wifi sólo funcionaba muy cerca de la puerta. El baño tenía una descarga que no funcionaba bien.

La mancanza delle prese accanto al lett, da sistemare il condizionatore nella camera (101) perché ho avuto la sensazione funzionasse poco e male.... per il resto non aspettatevi un Luxuri 5 stelle ma fa il suo....pulito, accogliente e comodo per chi deve fare una toccata e fuga per lavoro o qualcosa di breve....la titolare parecchio disponibile e cordiale.

La proprietaria, Maria è un persona meravigliosa, gentilissima e disponibile. Consiglio assolutamente di soggiornare nel suo hotel! Sia per la posizione centralissima che per la cordialità dello staff.

Disappointing, wouldn’t stay again

The location was great.

Cons:

Unfortunately, I had a really disappointing stay here. There was a strong smell of sewage coming from the bathroom, which made the room quite unpleasant. The air conditioning also didn’t work properly and never really cooled the room, and the shower wasn’t great either.

The receptionist was also quite rude, which didn’t help with the overall experience.

The location is good and central, but unfortunately the problems with the room and the service outweighed that. I wouldn’t book this place again.

Great location, very central. Be aware that late check-in (after 22:00) comes at extra cost and staff might be grumpy be

It was in the middle of Catania. Extremely central

Cons:

The staff was not welcoming. After agreeing to late check-in (paid extra) they were grumpy because they stayed late (paid late check-in 23:00-00:00 - we arrived at 23:15/20).

La struttura centrale, puoi muoverti a piedi tranquillamente e visitare la splendida città. La titolare gentilissima e a disposizione per qualsiasi esigenza. Se dovessi tornare a Catania sicuramente sceglierei questa struttura

Soggiorno molto piacevole, camera spaziosa e accogliente e una proprietaria gentilissima, ritornerò!

È stato tutto ottimo. La camera era molto spaziosa, pulita e attrezzata di tutto il necessario. Ho apprezzato tantissimo il balconcino, molto carino e perfetto anche per fumare e rilassarsi. Un grande punto di forza è stata la signora che mi ha accolta: gentilissima, cordiale e davvero simpatica. Nonostante il mio notevole ritardo causato da problemi in aeroporto e altri imprevisti durante il viaggio, è stata estremamente comprensiva e disponibile. La sua gentilezza è stata sicuramente il fiore all’occhiello del soggiorno.

Cons:

Sinceramente non ho trovato particolari aspetti negativi durante il soggiorno. È stato tutto molto piacevole e all’altezza delle aspettative.
