Accoglienza davvero straordinaria, molto disponibile sia in sala colazione sia alla reception. Viaggio molto ma è la prima volta che una persona alla reception al mio rientro in hotel verso mezzanotte, mi ha accolto con "Bentornato!". La stessa cosa è successa anche a delle altre colleghe. Grazie. Se dovessi tornare a Firenze tornerò da voi.

Funcionários prestativos e localização excelente
Pros:

Os funcionários são extremamente simpáticos e me ajudaram em cada detalhe. O café da manhã era super completo com diferentes opções de bebidas, sucos e doces. Outra coisa importante é a localização próxima à estação de trem, mercado central, restaurantes e a poucos minutos de caminhada dos principais pontos turísticos de Florença. Recomendo muito.

Good location and clean room
Pros:

.OK for short stay.Staff were very helpful.

Cons:

Breakfast was basic but adequate Coffee maker in room had few selections.No creamers.Bathroom amenities.Some were opened,and perhaps used.Otherwise OK.
