Déco murale et petit coup de rafraîchissement
Pros:

L'hôtel est très bien placé.
La chambre était toujours très propre.
Le matelas confortable pour passer une bonne nuit.
Le petit déj était correct et le personnel d'une grande gentillesse.
C'est un hôtel simple mais j'y ai passé 5 jours et tout était parfait pour moi.
Merci.

Cons:

Peut-être une petite déco murale sur florence (tableaux....), une petite peinture. Alors là ce serait top mais sincèrement cela ne m'a pas gênée. J'y reviendrai.

El hotel esta en una buena ubicaci[on muy cerca de la terminal de trenes, puedes llegar caminando. De igual forma esta muy cerca del mercado central. El desayuno bien, puede ser mejor

La habitacion es un tanto pequeña, además los pasillos son estrechos.

Séjour très agréable, l’hôtel est chaleureux et idéalement situé, le petit déjeuner offre une sélection variée
Pros:

Confortable, accueillant, on s’y sent vite chez soi.

Cons:

C’est assez bruyant, les portes des chambres sont lourdes et claques fort si on ne les retiens pas. Malheureusement, peu de gens semble avoir le réflexe de retenir les portes, tôt le matin ou tard le soir c’est assez gênant.

Horrible experience overall not worth the value

The staff overnight was HORRIBLE- the man at the front desk berated my friend & I for returning to the hotel at 1 AM & proceeded to follow us upstairs & yell at us saying we were too loud (all we did is walk upstairs) & then when I decided to leave again because I felt uncomfortable he intercepted me at the front door blocking it off saying I could not leave because I’m “not the only guests here other people are staying here” & how dare I consider coming & going at that hour… I was on holiday enjoying my only night in Florence. This man not only was rude, he made me feel uncomfortable & unsafe. Absolutely not worth the value- if you are a woman staying alone or only in a pair DO NOY STAY HERE!!! Morning staff was also very put off when asked if they could hold luggage for 3 hours after being told the day before it would he no problem. Worst part of my trip was this stay. If I could rate 0/10 I would.

Genoten van Firenze maar hotel een tegenvaller

De ligging was absoluut top. Dichtbij Mercato en het historische centrum.
Het station lag op enkele minuutjes wandelen vsn het hotel, heel vlot beteikbaar

Cons:

Het hotel is een oud gebouw dat dringend een opfrisbeurt nodig heeft, maak dit wat netter en het geeft al direct een andere indruk. Personeel afstandelijk.
Ontbijt laat te wensen over. Alle dagen zelfde aanbod, geen verse broodjes van de bakker maar zelf afgebakken, harde piccolo's, geen gebakken eitjes, spekjes…
