Location good. Spotlessly clean . Owner very accommodating and friendly and she phoned for taxi for me as my irish phone network not working in france.

Cons:

No lift, only an issue because of husbands back problem using stairs.
With hindsight, I could have asked for ground floor room.

Great position for the hotel, with lovely lady in reception
Pros:

Clean room & bathroom. Good wifi
Our cycles were able to be put inside of hotel.
Comfortable bed.
Good area close to the gare. 2 mins walk in the morning to the bakery/ cafe on the corner & the best cafe au lait.
Had a really tasty poke bowl on the main road

Cons:

a.c didnt work well, lucky we could leave windows open at night for fresh air & quiet side of the hotel

Petit hôtel agréable
Pros:

Hôtel très bien situé, à environ 10 minutes de la gare et du centre-ville. La chambre était très jolie, la salle de bain également, et surtout l’ensemble de l’hôtel était d’une propreté irréprochable. J’ai aussi beaucoup apprécié le calme des lieux.
Petit bémol toutefois concernant l’accueil à mon arrivée, que j’ai trouvé assez froid et très impersonnel. L’échange avec la responsable s’est limité aux informations pratiques, sans véritable mot de bienvenue ni contact chaleureux, ce qui m’a un peu surprise pour un établissement hôtelier. En revanche, un grand merci à la dame chargée de l’entretien, qui a toujours été adorable, souriante et attentionnée avec un petit mot gentil à chacune de nos rencontres.
Au final, un hôtel agréable, propre et très bien situé, avec simplement un accueil qui gagnerait à être plus chaleureux.
