Grundsätzlich okay aber im Vergleich zu anderen 4 Sterne Hotels ausbaufähig

Sehr gute Lage; cooler Fitnessraum

Cons:

Dame im Service war sehr bemüht, umsichtig, doch konnte die Defizite von der Küche beispielsweise nicht kompensieren, was aber auch nicht ihre Aufgabe war beispielsweise bekannt gegebene Laktoseunverträglichkeit konnte von der Küche nicht integriert werden, somit waren die Ersatzspeisen okay, aber für ein 4 Sterne Hotel absolut nicht angemessen; das Essen generell war okay aber nicht dem Niveau entsprechend, eher einem „normalen“ Gasthaus entsprechend, sowohl geschmacklich als auch optisch;
Badewanne mit integrierter Dusche gefällt mir persönlich gar nicht und finde ich sehr unpraktisch, hab ich mir in einer Suite nicht erwartet - schade

Die Therme ist sehr klein und veraltet!
Im Zimmer würden der Boden und die Wände dringend eine Renovierung brauchen!

Tolle Lage, wunderschöne Aussichten, großes Saunabereich. Rezeptionistin war super nett!
Großes Zimmer mit schöner Aussicht. Frühstück super lecker.

Cons:

Das Restaurant am Abend war nichts besonderes.
Eine Kleinigkeit: Die Lichtsteuerung im Zimmer könnte besser sein (es war nicht möglich nur die kleinen Lampen eingeschaltet zu lassen).

Es war wider eins schöner Aufenthalt in der Narzissentherme.
Pros:

Die Verpflegung besonders das Frühstück war sehr gut, aber auch das Essen gesamt im Badebistro war sehr gut.

Cons:

Bei der Verpflegung im Baderessort sind die Preise zu hoch.

Very clean. We had the mini suite, was very big and comfortable. The staff, very very nice and helpful.
The spa is excellent. The gim- wonderful
