Excelente sitio. La ubicación, la atención y las instalaciones muy lindas

Cons:

Quizá deben mejorar la atención en el bar. Muy pocas personas y el servicio se puede poner demorado

Una experiencia inolvidables, la atención, lugar muy limpio y organizado. Lo único que no me gustó es que en booking al seleccionar la habitación se da un precio y dice que se paga al propietario. Pero al llegar allá y al pagar el impuesto el costo final es más de lo que uno piensa. Por esta razón le bajó la calificación. Si van a cobrar un costo de impuesto díganlo de cuanto es para saber y decidir al final se tomó o no la reserva.

Cons:

Que se diga cuánto es el cobro final de la habitación y que al momento de pagar no sea otro valor.

Muy buen hotel. Excelente relacio precio-calidad.
Pros:

El diseño del hotel, y su experiencia están perfectamente alineados con el destino. Es un hotel muy cómodo, muy bonito, con vistas espectaculares, y sobre todo tranquilo y mimetizado con la naturaleza.

Cons:

Es una lástima que no tengan café de greca temprano en la mañana, ni por las tardes ni por las noches. Ese café es espectacular, y creo que debería siempre haber opción de tomarlo.

Pros:

La vista es maravillosa así como los jardines. Las casas mirando el cañón del río Magdalena con sus terrazas son memorables.

Cons:

Para un hotel de este tipo, que no tengan vino blanco es muy muy raro.

Delicioso y tranquilo lugar para descansar.
Pros:

El diseño y distribución de la habitación en que nos hospedamos, los desayunos súper deliciosos y variados, la disponibilidad de agua caliente en las duchas.

Cons:

Considero que falta una piscina o lugar para relajarse o hacer actividades de esparcimiento. Está solo el mirador, y las mesas de Ping pong o billar pero no hay más entretenimiento, como senderos ecológicos más largos para caminatas o una chorrera!
