Pros:

Location close to Singapore.
But rate is still cheap. Other place will be quite expensive ady.
Got lift.
Clean.
Staff nice. When I head out, he will ask if I want room service.
Got parking. It's the public car park rate. But night parking is free. Just need to come earlier so u have parking, or else u need to park a bit far.
Got shops along the row like Watson, big pharmacy, mixue(?), dobi..

Cons:

You pay what u get. I called the staff prior, My room no window. But I still book it cause this is the most valued stay by location and condition. just turn on air conditioning and ventilator u will be fine. Very comfortable for the rate. Still recommend it if u are budgeted but want a worry free stay. Thumbs up
