Staff were beautiful. Loved my room as it was out of the way. Pool was lovely. Massage and bodyscrub by Dewa? Was amazing...would definitely stay there again
Could do with new linen...hard to find up in Ubud I understand...
Wasn't sure the bath was totally clean, I understand the water quality isn't up to a western standard though.
With the lighting it was a bit hard to tell.
The window kept coming open on the right hand side in bathroom, but there was bars across the window so wasnt too bothered by it.. but other people might get a fright...
My friend and I really enjoyed how friendly and welcoming the staff was. They always welcomed us home when we arrived back. They were very prompt when we asked for extra towels/pillows.
The window was broken in our room. Did not affect us much but might affect others who stay next. The shower drain was clogged which made the bathroom very wet.

l’emplacement dans ubud est idéal à quelques minutes à pieds de la monkey forest et de toutes les rues principales de ubud avec les temples, marché de ubud, restaurants, bar, boutiques… très pratique.
La chambre correspondait totalement au photo même en mieux, la piscine super, le personnel adorable ! vraiment très bon hôtel que je recommande vivement !

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Grand Sehati Ubud for two weeks, and I can highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Ubud.
From the moment I arrived, the service was outstanding. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with a warm smile. They truly made me feel welcome and cared for throughout my entire stay.
The hotel facilities are excellent, especially the pool area, which is perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. It’s clean and beautifully maintained.
My room was fantastic — spacious, very clean, and well-equipped. I especially loved the bathtub, which added an extra touch of comfort and luxury. Everything was in top condition and very well taken care of.
Overall, everything about my stay was tip-top. The combination of great service, kind staff, beautiful facilities, and comfortable rooms made this an unforgettable experience. I would definitely come back again!
