Hotel ma 3 gwiazdki i pewnie to wynika z jakichś uwarunkowań technicznych, itd., ale pod względem czystości, wygody, poziomu obsługi czy jedzenia - bez zastanowienia 5 gwiazdek. Jesteśmy mega zadowoleni z pobytu i gorąco pozdrawiamy cały personel 🙂

Wszystko było na najwyższym poziomie.
Od samego początku kontakt w sprawie wcześniejszego zameldowania był super.
Sam pobyt lepszy niż w 5cio gwiazdkowym hotelu. Menadżer bardzo pomocny pozostała obsługa również. Hotel dba o każdy szczegół. Nasz pokój w nowej części hotelu perfekcyjny. Śniadania bardzo dobre i urozmaicone oczywiście ilości nie do przejedzenia.
Wspaniały pobyt.

Great value in a centrally-located, clean, modern, comfortable and quiet hotel with a pleasant crew.
Pros:

Great value for the money (Deluxe Double Room): centrally-located; clean, modern, comfortable and quiet room; included quality breakfast; The personnel was pleasant, especially the hard-working restaurant crew who were always on the go, making sure everyone can sit down and enjoy a meal.

Cons:

No elevator and this is a multi-story hotel so make sure to pick a room on the first floor if mobility is an issue.

Hotel super a jedzenie zaskoczyło bardzo dużym wyborem a przy tym podawane jak w Hiltonie 😀

Fantastyczny hotel położony tuż przy Starym Mieście

Cons:

Niestety nie ma windy- stara kamienica, schody wymagają jednak troszkę gimnastyki przy wchodzeniu, ale obsługa chętnie pomogła z wniesieniem walizki do pokoju na pierwszym piętrze
