Close to city centre, room was ok.

Cons:

Stairs to reach entrance and nobody that helps you with luggage; noise during the night; light outside the room switched on all night long that penetrated in the room; very poor breakfast.

Pros:

Het personeel was super aangenaam en gastvrij en deed in alle opzichten hun best om ons verblijf zo comfortabel mogelijk te maken.
We hadden een toer geboekt met vertrek om 3 am en de nachtwaker kwam regelmatig kijken of we al waren opgehaald en of we oké waren.

La amabilidad desde el primer contacto.
Nos trataron como reyes! No nos faltó de nada.
Y lo que nos faltó al preguntarles nos lo consiguieron en seguida.
Nos hicieron un upgrade a nuestra estancia y desayuno.
Por fuera el hotel puede parecer de otra forma, está algo escondido, pero una vez dentro es muy bonito!
El desayuno es sencillo pero suficiente.

Vriendelijke mensen op een leuke locatie.
Pros:

We hadden een ruime kamer, de badkamer was prachtig gerenoveerd. Prima ontbijt. Heel centrale ligging vlakbij het centrale plein. Personeel was heel vriendelijk.

Sehr komfortables Hotel mit guter Lage und Preis-Leistung.
Pros:

Das Hotel war sehr sauber und komfortabel, das Frühstück war simpel und lecker. Es gab immer warmes angenehmes Wasser und die Mitarbeiter waren sehr nett. Die Lage ist super, nur wenige Gehminuten vom Hauptplatz entfernt, absolute Empfehlung!

Posizione perfetta per visitare il centro storico di Arequipa, molto vicino. Bagno rifatto, in buone condizioni. Titolari gentili.

Cons:

Struttura molto spartana, soprattutto non dotata di alcun riscaldamento: a luglio la notte fa veramente freddo ! Camera molto basic, piuttosto datata, letto matrimoniale piuttosto piccolo.

Very Long stairway to hotel from Street ( 26 Steps )
Hot water in Shower but not on hand wash basin ( common in Peru )
