It was so cheap considering all that was included, the room was great, everything I could need was available, the parking was free, the staff was so nice, I arrived later than expected, but they still checked me in easily.
Some mornings, there was no coffee anymore, I could have waited for more to brew so it is not really a big issue, it is just the only possible thing I could complain about
The staff is amazing. Cody is upbeat, welcoming, made the check-in smooth, shared all the food options, held the door (I'm handicapped), took me to the room to make sure it worked for me, and made me feel comfortable. When checking out, Jason also was upbeat and made me feel comfortable. I'm a fan because of them.
GM Cody was amazing! He was a very nice person
The hotel was terrible. It smelled, the furniture in the rooms were damaged. Hallways were extremely loud as soon as you got off the elevator. There was mold in the bathrooms. This hotel needs a major upgrade immediately. I instantly cancelled my reservation when I saw the room. I am very disappointed in this hotel. It should be shut down immediately!!!
I arrived at the reception and was told that the room I had reserved and already paid for was not available because they had given it to someone else. I was then told that I would need to look for a room in a different hotel. Awful experience
Clean a successfull easy to get to .
No help on the desk.
Nothing I liked nothing
Zero hospitality
The staff were kind though they could not accommodate our requests (e.g., for a hair dryer or for more than three forks).
The staff greeted us by telling us we were "in the ghetto" and reviewing door locking protocols and safety precautions. The lobby was not particularly clean or welcoming, but our room was worse. There was what appeared to be blood splatter on one shelf and wall, food stains in the bathroom, and cigarette burns in the bedding. We weren't able to call down to the desk because our phone was broken and nonfunctional.
Location
Small cockroaches on the room
There was No Breakfast, only a few random beverage items, like hot water, tea, etc.
The building was right next to I 95, so we heard the traffic noise all night long.
The room's kitchen had no dishes, glasses, silverware or pots and pans.
They required we pay $100, damage fee that is to be returned to us is we didn't damage anything in the room. But the room's "kitchen" already had a broken and missing drawer, the pieces placed under the sink; the toilet seat was partially unglued so slid around; and the Microwave vent/filter was bent and dirty. We took pictures that we shared with the desk clerk and she suggested we send them to the manager. However, his contact information on his business card was not accurate, so hopefully he will receive our comments and complaints.
Very little
It was decrepit. My kitchenette was missing a door. The “chair” was a peeling wipe clean disaster.
