I got charged twice.

The TV never worked. when I called the desk they set some one up who told us that sometimes there is no wifi. and tried to do whatever and then told us that he would try to get us another TV and if that didn't work they would give us another room.We left to get something to eat and when we returned everything was the same. I went to the desk and was told nothing could be done. there were no other rooms available no one to fix the TV and that she could refund my money and we would need to find another place to stay. GREAT SERVICE ?

Management, environment, rooms, shelter. I stayed there for 5 minutes and left. I will never come back. I don’t recommend this place if you are visiting the city with your family. Cheap options will cost you more in the long run. Get a nice hotel - spent more somewhere else, so you don’t get disappointed and stressed out here.

I will like to see more clean kitchen towel

Too many incidentals in the room that I was placed in and then charged $100 on top of that for a damaged room

This was a dirty unpleasant hotel. The parking spot right out front said, "Police Parking Only". That should have been my first clue. The lobby had the feeling of what used to be known as a "welfare hotel". There were people who were clearly locals down on their luck. We felt like there were certainly some illegal activity happening at this location (drugs/prostitution etc). The room looked clean at first but upon closer inspection it really wasn't clean. We didn't take off our shoes (until getting into bed). We didn't shower. We didn't sleep well because of the constant noise from other rooms. We woke up hours earlier than planned and grabbed our stuff (never bothered unpacking anything.) In the breakfast area, there were a few items (muffins, oatmeal packets, carafe of coffee). However, there were no plates or bowls or cups or cutlery. Nothing. When we asked the staff if there were any coffee cups, they shrugged. Couldn't get out of there fast enough!

Going outside for a smoke during the day is fine but at night is a little sketchy but that's okay

Towels are dirty ALL of them. You see gray shades on the ones you think are clean. The single seat chair is ripped, dirty, and needs to be discarded. The window screen looks like someone tried to break in before. Windows were unlocked on arrival. Suspect. Building stinks. The environment looks and feels like a low budget environment, not to my liking. Disgusting. I don't live in the area, so I was attending a conference and did know the RI area. Avoid this location. Nasty 🤢

Staff

It was not clean. Me and my kids was scared to sleep in the bed. Shower curtain was discolored. The chair in the room was filthy. The door was dirty. It's olthe worst place I have ever booked. And I have 📸 if u don't believe me. There was hair on the towels. I had to use lysol wipes to wipe down stuff that's how uncomfortable it was for me. My kids say mommy im scared to sleep here.There was no one at the front desk at night too. I need help with the wifi and went to front desk it was closed with a shutter. I would never book with this hotel brand again. Never.
