Pros:

Lovely lobby. Polite staff on front desk restaurant and some housekeeping.

Cons:

When certain members of housekeeping staff mentioned they knew we were checking out but really they wanted a tip. Highly annoying.

Pros:

The room was excellent and meet my expectation, specially Mr Naveed was very helpful and accommodating. It was my wedding night so they even provided a complementary decor and provided cake as well, this made my stay and experience very memorable. I would highly recommend them.

Pros:

The staff and management were excellent and I felt very looked after.

Cons:

I stayed last at this hotel 28yrs ago and it looks like it has not had an upgrade to the rooms and furniture since then.

The reception of hotel was good.
Mr. Naveed Ahmed lookafter very warmly and itself carry my hand luggage for room. Its a appricateable value which i was noticed . The room of hotel was very good neat and clean like home sothee and the Dinner which i was dining in the evening very much excelent . I was very much comfortable in all services. The morning breakfast was excelent and all buffet items for breakfast was delcious abd home taste like. I will prefer again to stay soon in this hotel.

Great legacy hotel!
Pros:

The legacy hospitality. Great check in service by Imran Qureshi. Great check out service by Shahzad Ashraf. Excellent logistics support by duty manager whose name I didn't jot down. Bell hop Mian Shahzad also very helpful and cheery. Great staff overall!

Cons:

Minor thing, but the shower backs up slightly.
