The location was the only positive to this hotel.

Cons:

It was disgusting. The amount of pets here was insane. People just hanging outside at all hours, the smell of animal was awful. Not clean at all. There was no toilet even in the room. But guess what, the front desk closes at 4 so to bad if you need anything. We left the next morning at 7 and the front desk was still closed. I would not stay here period.

Everything,had to call the Police on the HOTEL STAFF/ MANAGER.. Floors were so dirty and disgusting that they clearly are NOT being washed. Fridge would not get cold,had to keep moving my food and drinks into freezer and back,TV had a issue where a pop up kept going around the screen every 3 minutes Every channel so TV was not a option.Manager Lee and Manager Sunny very unprofessional,no communications between staff and management....they say 1 thing yet expect to then change what they said and tried to blame me( very Unprofessional) Will get your floor cleaned up NEVER HAPPENED.Will swap out your Fridge NEVER HAPPENED They knew the room had a bad microwave,yet wait till after I arrive to switch it out? Lee stated he would fix the issues and instead because that night the guest above me kept me up half the night walking loudly around on the floor,boom,boom,boom over and over and over and over get it now!!! Only after reaching out to Police and bookings.com was there any offer of a Room change and at that point it's to late for THAT AS WELL. Woodspring Suites never offered another room until after I reached out to You bookings and they lied to your representative claiming they offered another room and I declined,Grrrrrrr that is a Bold face LIE 100%. They then called the Police on me and claimed Disorderly contact yet I never had a face to face conversation so even though I chose to stay in the original room,they sent someone to my room to ask me again if I was checking out? Why would they do this? To make a false claim of disorderly conduct,they were trying to falsely get me kicked out.BIG BIG MISTAKE,I WILL be contacting a ATTORNEY/ LAWYER over this HOTEL.
