Great Hotel A Stones Throw From Shinjuku
Pros:

Great location just outside of the noise of Shinjuku. Felt very fancy in the reception area, the room was nice too, enough space for what we needed.

Cons:

To get much done in Tokyo we had to negotiate Shinjuku station every time. It can be a bit much. This is a mixed blessing however ad there is a lot going on in the Shinjuku area and you're close to it.

The hotel itself was great, though.

Excelente Estancia y Maravillosa Ubicación
Pros:

La ubicación a sólo 3 min andando de parada de metro, tienes a 1 min un Family Mart para comprar cualquier cosa, el personal del hotel te ayuda en todo lo posible.

大浴場に行かなかったら良かったのかなぁ？
Pros:

大浴場が、あったの良かった！

Cons:

大浴場の脱衣所のエアコンから冷たいしずくが、落ち床が、びちゃびちゃだったのは、残念でした！
それと、ランドリーの所に外国の人男の人達が、ごったがいしてたのも残念でなりませんでした。

La struttura si trova a due passi dalla fermata metro. Molto gentile lo staff

Purtroppo le camera era DAVVERO piccola. A primo impatto si può dire che è una caratteristica tipica di Tokyo, ma avendo girato più hotel posso affermare che non è sempre così

A comfortable and well-equipped stay in a convenient Shinjuku location, with a great public bath
Pros:

Overall, I had a very comfortable stay in a great location in Shinjuku. It was especially convenient for attending a conference, with easy access to the nearby station and public transport. I also really liked the public bath at the hotel.

The room was small, but very well equipped and had almost everything I needed, including a kettle, yukata and haori, shampoo and conditioner, a hair dryer, and other useful amenities. Everything was arranged very efficiently.

Cons:

My room was on the second floor, and it felt quite humid most of the time. Since the air conditioning cannot be left on while you are away, it was sometimes difficult to get the room back to a comfortable temperature and humidity level after returning.
