Schöner Aufenthalt
Pros:

Traumhafte Lage mit spektakulärem Blick und schönem Strand. Der Kinderpool war sehr idyllisch. Das Essen im „Scausu Grill“ war sehr gut, das Restaurant ist wunderschön gelegen. Nettes Programm (Live Musik abends etc).

Cons:

Wir hatten Halbpension gebucht und wollten mittags statt abends im Hauptrestaurant essen um abends à la carte essen zu können. Das war jedoch jedes Mal äußerst kompliziert. Wir mussten an der Rezeption einen Gutschein lösen und unsere „Halbpension“ Armbänder gegen „Frühstück“ Armbänder tauschen. Es ist unverständlich warum im Hauptrestaurant nicht einfach eine Liste geführt werden kann in der angekreuzt wird ob man schon Mittagessen hatte oder nicht. Man hatte das Gefühl dass einem als Gast grundsätzlich misstraut wird.
Die Mitarbeiter waren insgesamt großteils freundlich aber nicht übermäßig herzlich. Beim Personal in den Restaurants sucht man meist vergeblich nach einem Lächeln.
Die Anlage ist insgesamt etwas in die Jahre gekommen (zB Badezimmer).

Pros:

Buona selezione di dolce e salato per la colazione. Posizione del resort dominante sul golfo, molto bello sopratutto al tramonto. Mare con aqua molto pulita, spiaggia di sassi misto sabbia, consiglio di portare delle scarpe per scogli. Il bar fa dei cocktail molto buoni.

Cons:

Il target è molto "turista straniero" e questo avvolte porta a non attenzionare dettagli che un siciliano nota, ad esempio: granite del bar piscina di qualità non all'altezza (di fatto è una grattachecca), qualità e varietà del cibo del bar piscina e spiaggia medio-bassa.

Purtroppo, l'esperienza da Donna Floriana Bistrot non è minimamente all'altezza del costo. Il menù di pesce da 85€ con una selezione di piatti di ottima qualità (ma non scapigliante), unita ad un servizio giusto (ma non all'altezza di altri ristoranti di quella fascia di prezzo) rende, anche qui, il bistrot un buon ristorante per uno straniero, ma meno per un siciliano. Abbiamo inoltre avuto un problema con le api che hanno assaltato il nostro tavolo per quasi un'ora, per questa fascia di prezzo a 20 minuti di macchina dal resort c'è di meglio.

El Hotel es hermoso, la comida un 💯, todoooo los tragos las vistas y el área de playa ..

Si usted es una persona que padece de calor déjeme decirle que este lugar no cuenta con aire acondicionado en las instalaciones públicas como recepción y restaurantes. La comunicación habitación a recepción es casi nula y créame si le tocó una habitación que diga más de 400 usted deberá caminar mucho para ir a comunicarse. Las habitaciones tienen una potencia de aire acondicionado fatal, al principio pensamos que no funcionaba y para nuestra sorpresa nos dijeron que eso era todo lo que podían poner de ac, tuvieron que prestarnos un abanico. Las habitaciones estándar son LITERALMENTE básicas, solo la cama y el baño así que recomiendo no buscar esas porque tendrán que caminar mucho y alzar y bajar maletas por muchas gradas.

Amazing Resort
Pros:

A dream resort for us as a family

The staff was super friendly, from reception to service to the trainer, Noora. A big thank you also to the staff of the Kids Club (e.g. Oussama for taking care of them in the pool) , who took great care of our two children, giving us a few hours to ourselves.

The room was large, clean, and tidy with a lovely balcony.

The entire resort is a dream, simply beautiful, and the entertainment options were perfect for us. The views and sunsets are breathtaking.

The breakfast and dinner buffets were high-quality and varied.

There was free parking.

Since it is not recommended to drink the tap water, I would have liked cheaper prices for water or the option to get filtered water free of charge. (Water was free at breakfast and dinner.)
Since we had a car, it wasn't a big problem, as we bought water cheaply at the supermarket.

El entorno y las instalaciones me parecieron maravillosas. El acceso a la playa muy cómodo. A menos de media hora de Cefalu. Un sitio al que volveré, sin duda alguna.

Traumhaftes Resort für uns als Familie
Pros:

Das Personal war super nett vom Empfang über den Service bis zur Trainerin Noora. Ein großes Dankeschön auch an die Mitarbeiter des Kidsclub, welche sich super um unsere beiden Kinder gekümmert haben und wir so ein paar Stunden Zeit für uns hatten.
Das Zimmer war groß sauber und ordentlich mit einem schönen Balkon.
Das gesamte Resort ist ein Traum, einfach schön, auch das Angebot an Entertainment hat für uns super gepasst. Der Ausblick und dir Sonnenuntergänge sind atemberaubend.
Das Buffet zum Frühstück und Abendessen war von hoher Qualität und Abwechslungsreich.
Es gab ausreichend kostenlose Parkplätze.

Cons:

Da es nicht empfohlen wird das Leitungswasser zu trinken, hätte ich mir günstigere Preise für Wasser gewünscht oder eine Möglichkeit sich gefiltertes Wasser kostenfrei zu zapfen. (Zum Frühstück und Abendessen war das Wasser kostenfrei)
Da wir mit dem Auto waren, war es kein großes Problem, da wir uns im Supermarkt günstig Wasser gekauft haben.
