Sehr schönes Resort an toller Meereslage mit Potential im Service
Pros:

Das Resort liegt sensationell auf einem grossen Grundstück auf einem Felsen direkt am Meer. Die Anlage ist sehr schön, man hat einen tollen Sandstrand und auch einen spannenden Meereseinstieg am Felsen. Das Resort verfügt über eine Vielzahl an schönen Terrassen, ist sehr schön angelegt und ruhig gelegen. Es gibt 4 Restaurants zusätzlich zum Hauptrestaurant, das Pizza/Pastarestaurant hat ein sehr schönes Ambiente und sehr gutes Essen. Das Frühstück ist gut, der Pool und der Barbereich sind schön gestaltet und in der Lobby bekommt man immer infused Water und auch Nüsse und Kekse. Es sind ausreichend Parkplätze vorhanden.

Cons:

Das Ambiente im Hauptrestaurant entspricht mit seiner Möbelierung eher einer Mensa. Der Service dort hat auch Potential. Die Zimmer entsprechen leider nicht meinen Erfahrungen von 4* Hotels, obwohl mir bewusst ist, dass die Sternequalität nach Süditalien stark abnimmt. Das Essen in der Bar war leider schlecht; der Thunfischburger war gar nicht als Fisch erkennbar und der Ceasarsalat bestand ua neben ungeschnittenen Tomaten und den 5 Salatblättern aus 2 Salatstrünken. Am meisten hat mich gestört, wie uninteressiert das Personal am Gast war (gegrüsst haben nur die Putzfrauen und nicht mal beim Checkout wurde gefragt, wie es uns gefallen hat) und dass nicht ausreichend kommuniziert wurde, dass im Oktober das Resort schon einiges nicht mehr anbietet, da man sich für die Winterpause vorbereitet.

Pros:

Location da definire solo...introvabile! Dal promontorio stupendo che si sviluppa in mezzo alla natura, tenuta benissimo, scendi in ascensore in un mare ineguagliabile....pullula di pesci che ti vengono a cercare.....nenache nelle isole più lontane del pianeta, invece siamo in ... si, Sicilia, con la cura del personale della struttura che sa di gestire un gioiello unico! e complimenti anche al personale di servizio e alla cucina, ricca e gustosissima. Grazie di tutto!

Cons:

Andarsene... anche se siamo stati gia tre volte in due anni. E spero ci sarà la quarta sei iltempo lo consentira a metà ottobre

We had a wonderful stay at this resort. The location is absolutely beautiful, surrounded by nature with stunning views of the Mediterranean Sea. The entire resort has a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere, making it a perfect place to unwind. The grounds are spacious and well maintained, with great facilities and lovely areas to enjoy the scenery. Although it's about a 30-minute drive from Cefalù, the quiet surroundings make it well worth the distance, especially if you're traveling by car.

Great family stay
Pros:

Excellent facilities. Great beach (pebbles) with crystal clear water. Great pool. Relaxed family friendly staff. Amazing breakfast (although machine coffee only let it down). Rooms basic but clean and functional.
Great spot 20mins drive to cefalu (which has good parking). Good to be able to escape the bustle of cefalu after a day strolling the town streets.

Cons:

Food is expensive but that’s common in resort style accommodation

Pros:

Die Unterkunft ist toll gelegen auf einer Klippe, die Gartenanlagen sind sehr schön gestaltet und es gibt viele kleine Rückzugsorte. Das Hotel ist bereits ein wenig älter, wurde zum Teil renoviert.

Cons:

Die Auswahl im Buffetrestaurant war nicht besonders gross und die Speisen an der Poolbar waren sehr teuer.

モダンで清潔なレセプション。レセプションには、クッキーや果物、お水がつねに用意されててよかった。プールや沢山のアクティビティがあってよかった。
豪華な朝食にはびっくり。イタリアらしい甘いケーキやパンが沢山ありよかった。
駐車場は無料でよかった。

Cons:

キッズプログラムが充実してますが、夜のアクティビティの時間が遅すぎて参加できなかった。
蚊が多かった。
湯沸し器がなかった。

Good hotel, some improvements would be welcome
Pros:

The remote location on a cliff was pretty impressive. The area of the hotel is quite big (although hilly). The sports zones (e.g. padel, tennis) are good - guests are advised to book a slot so it's clear the slot is yours and borrow equipment (for free) from the reception. The beach is sandy and nice (although part of it is public), with sun loungers and umbrellas (for free). The elevator to the beach is very convenient. In particular enjoyed the possibility to take a SUP or a canoe (for free) on the beach. The food options and variety were good but not exceptional. In addition, there is a golf cart 'shuttle' that takes you from the top of the beach elevator back to the main hotel in the afternoons, so you don't have to walk the distance on foot. The receptionists were helpful (e.g. adjusted the room temperature when called upon) but did not always know the answer to our queries.

Cons:

We were upgraded to a 'Deluxe' double which was essentially a bungalow/a room in a separate building with fewer neighboring rooms. We found this room to be dark and with limited ventilation (there was quite some mould in the bathroom); I don't know, maybe we got a non-refurbished room. Upon check-in, the room smelled strongly of chemicals (used to wipe the floors) and it took the whole day to get rid of the smell. Surprisingly, there were no drying racks to dry wet clothes/ towels outside. The canteen was spacious but somehow not very cosy, plastic chairs; some mornings it smelled strongly of the aforementioned chemicals, too. We went there in late September, so not the busy / family period, we didn't have an issue of noise. There are, however, 'adult-only' areas (e.g. a sun terrace). What is more, we didn't find there to be many areas for relaxation; there are quite a few seats around the main bar (outside).

Pros:

The resort was beautiful. We loved the beach. The bar by the pool was fantastic to sit and watch the sun set. Gorgeous grounds. The rooms are a good size. Breakfast was delicious!

Cons:

It's a little remote, 20 minutes to Cefalu by taxi.
It would be good if the hotel offered more shuttle services in and out of town.

Un bel environnement pour un prix excessif
Pros:

La situation de l’hôtel dans un cadre très beau et suggestif, belle piscine

Cons:

La chambre sentait l’humidité car partiellement enterrée, sans fenêtre ni balcon. La source de lumière est la porte d’entrée vitrée qui donne sur un espace ouvert à la vue des voisins.

Malgré la beauté du lieu et des services, l’hôtel ne vaut pas son prix

Jederzeit wieder! Wunderschöner Aufenthalt!
Pros:

Wunderschöne Aussicht! Die Anlage liegt auf einem Felsen und die Aussicht ist spektakulär! Tolle Restaurants und sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal! Besonders Ana und Antonio an der Rezeption, Anamaria und Ana Paulina sind uns ans Herz gewachsen!

Cons:

Manche Bereiche sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen…. Im Sushi Restaurant wäre es sinnvoll die Karte mit Bildern zu erweitern…
