Mooi resort, diverse laagbouw in een mooi aangelegde tuin

Uitstekend ontbijt warm/koud, fruit en taartenbuffet (incl. Lokale specialiteiten)
Ruime kamer en badkamer met regendouche en terrasje
Gezellige cocktailbar met vaak live muziek (cocktail €10, ruime glazen)
3 restaurants (pizza (super!) sushi + Italiaans) + buffetrestaurant
Mooi zwembad met ligbedjes en genoeg parasols

Mare, sole e relax!
Pros:

La struttura si articola su un piccolo promontorio a strapiombo sul mare, offrendo panorami mozzafiato soprattutto al tramonto! Spiaggia e mare da favola, con accesso diretto tramite ascensore dedicato che permette di raggiungere la spiaggia dalla struttura in maniera semplice.

Cons:

Purtroppo il ristorante che avevamo scelto per la cena non era ancora funzionante! Peccato, perchè sembrava offrire un menù alla carta a base di pesce di livello. Conseguentemente abbiamo preferito ripiegare nel ristorante a buffet, di discreta qualità, ma non rispondente a quelle che erano le aspettative iniziali.

Sehr gepflegte Anlage mit schönem Garten, die Qualität des Essens könnte besser sein
Pros:

Die Anlage selbst ist sehr schön gestaltet und wird gut gepflegt. Großer Garten und schöne Liegeflächen. Auch am Strand waren ausreichend Liegen vorhanden, den Pool haben wir nicht genutzt, dieser ist für Kinder besonders geeignet.
Von der Qualität des Essens hätten wir uns wesentlich mehr erwartet.

Cons:

Wirklich störend war der Geruch nach einem starken Raumspray bzw. Desinfektionsspray im Zimmer. Dieser war auch durch langes Lüften nicht aus dem Zimmer zu bringen. Sogar die Kleidung hat den Zimmerduft angenommen. Hier sollte man dringend zu anderen Mitteln greifen und das Personal besser betreffend die Dosierung schulen. Vorteil: Keine Mücken, auch die Mosquitos schätzen diesen Duft offenbar nicht...

Unforgettable views
Pros:

The views are to die for both on the beach, on the terrace, at breakfast. Really unforgettable views! The views make the stay worthwhile!

The adult sunbathing area is magical with the opportunity to go into the water through the cliffs. We were alone watching the sunset for hours!

The breakfast had good selection of food, maybe not enough fruits but otherwise good.

Free parking is convenient.

The rooms are simple but fine.

Cons:

No available lunch options past 2 pm, except for the pool bar, but the food there is quite subpar.

The waiter charged us for dinner at 9:30, promising the dinner lasts until 10:30, but clearly the dinner was over, we had to eat left overs at the buffet and had no fruits or desserts left for us, while paying full price for dinner.

Check in at 4 pm and checkout at 10 am is a bit ridiculous. Essentially you get 3 hours less in the hotel vs the standard.

Un angolo di paradiso in Sicilia
Pros:

Abbisamo soggiornato con la mezza pensione. Davvero buona la colazione, e c'è abbastanza varietà per la cena. Avrei gradito magari qualche primo più legato al territorio ma va bene così. Ottima la posizione, la struttura è letteralmente inserita in un angolo di paradiso. Le lezioni di Yoga con Giovanna sono state fantastiche!

Cons:

Purtroppo l'escursione ai templi di Agrigento è stata cancellata per mancanza di quorum, peccato. La passerella della spiaggia ti obbliga a passare nella doccia, un po' scomodo. Inoltre, nel Lime Bar (bar della piscina) non si distingue bene la divisione fra “zona take away” e zona servita al bar principale, il rischio è di stare seduti senza capire perché non si viene serviti.

Ottima location ed infrastrutture, gestione da rivedere
Pros:

Il contesto è incantevole e gode di ottime panoramiche, in generale le infrastrutture sono confortevoli e si prestano a far trascorrere una buona vacanza immersi nella natura.

Cons:

Il check-in e il check-out rappresentano uno degli aspetti meno comprensibili dell’organizzazione della struttura. Consentire l’accesso alle camere solo dalle 16:00 e richiederne il rilascio entro le 10:00 crea uno sbilanciamento difficilmente giustificabile, soprattutto considerando che la colazione viene servita fino alle 10:00. Sarebbe opportuno rivedere almeno uno dei due orari per offrire un’esperienza più coerente e confortevole.
La possibilità di lasciare i bagagli e continuare a utilizzare le aree comuni non compensa del tutto il disagio, specialmente per le famiglie con bambini. Gli orari attuali risultano poco compatibili con una struttura che si presenta come family-friendly e limitano il pieno godimento dei servizi offerti.
Più in generale, si percepisce una certa disorganizzazione da parte del personale. Alcuni membri dello staff si sono dimostrati poco preparati nella gestione del rapporto con il cliente, in un contesto in cui cortesia, disponibilità e attenzione dovrebbero essere requisiti imprescindibili.
Infine, una nota che non dovrebbe essere considerata marginale per una struttura a quattro stelle con tariffe superiori a 250 € a notte: il kit di cortesia dovrebbe essere più completo, soprattutto in considerazione della clientela internazionale. Articoli come spazzolino, dentifricio, cotton fioc e pantofole da camera dovrebbero essere disponibili senza difficoltà. In particolare, le pantofole sono state richieste per due giorni consecutivi a diversi membri dello staff senza mai essere recapitate.

Pros:

La struttura si trova in una location incantevole, circondata dalla natura, e offre alcuni punti di eccellenza difficili da ignorare: la colazione è davvero ottima, abbondante e curata, e la piscina è grande e ben attrezzata. La pulizia degli ambienti è inappuntabile

Cons:

per una struttura che si posiziona come hotel di lusso, l’organizzazione interna lascia parecchio a desiderare. All’arrivo non viene fornita nessuna mappa della struttura (che è molto estesa), e in camera mancano informazioni basilari come il numero della reception o gli orari dei servizi. Abbiamo scoperto solo per caso che il ristorante Donna Floriana richiede prenotazione entro le 17:00 — un’informazione che non compare da nessuna parte.

Il noleggio SUP in spiaggia, servizio per cui eravamo disposti a pagare, non è stato possibile utilizzarlo: il personale addetto non si è mai presentato e la risposta ricevuta è stata un’alzata di spalle. Assenti anche i set di cortesia in camera. Ciabattine ecc…
Parte dello staff (non tutto ci tengo a precisarlo)si è dimostrata poco propositiva nel risolvere i problemi degli ospiti.

Da segnalare infine la politica cashless della struttura, che andrebbe comunicata chiaramente prima del check-in.

Con una migliore comunicazione interna e un servizio più attento, questa struttura potrebbe davvero brillare. Per ora, il potenziale c’è — ma non viene espresso fino in fondo.
