An enjoyable stay on the whole and one I can recommend especially for young families.
Pros:

The large gardens with open views. The helpfulness of the staff to help out with anything we needed.

Cons:

It’s a large resort set on terraces, this involves a lot of walking and a lot of stairs to get from one place to another. It’s fine I’m general, but not recommended for any one that may not be as fit as they should be. Staff could have given us more helpful info at the start, upon arrival.

Beautifull location with huge potential. Unfortunatelly lacks proper management, huge room for improvement starting from

Location, location, location, landscaping, renovated beautiful pool

Cons:

Service - not up to western standard, interior - did not complement the terrific outdoor areas
Food- unexplainably bad breakfast (cheap not quality ingredients, presentation,..)
Retaurant( seating on plastic chairs & plastic table) cleanliness and odour of the place felt back to comunism times.

Highlight ist eindeutig das Panorama - sowohl von der Klippe Richtung Strand als auch umgekehrt. Das Essen im Hauptrestaurant ist gut, wenn auch nicht herausragend.

Cons:

Der Anlage fehlt leider sizilianisches Flair - sie könnte genauso gut in Spanien oder Griechenland stehen. Die abendlichen DJ-Sessions am Pool waren leider auch in den Zimmern recht laut zu hören.

In Summe ein angenehme Aufenthalt in einem tolle Resort

Resort sehr schön, Lage, Aussicht, nettes Personal, Events, überwachter Parkplatz, Frühstück und Buffet in Summe sehr gute Auswahl und lecker

Cons:

Klimaanlagen sind Ok und ausreichend, wer es aber richtig kühl mag, schaffen das die Klima Anlagen nicht. Kühler als 24 Grad war trotz Reklamation nicht drin.(Trotz sehr kleinem Raum) Frühstück zwar in Summe sehr gut, was aber erwähnt werden muss ist der schlechte Kaffee. In Italien erwartet man morgens einen guten Kaffee. Große Maschinen, Kaffee teilweise sehr wässrig.

Fantastica esperienza nella baia dei Pirati

La struttura è molto ampia, dotata di spazi verdi ben mantenuti e puliti. Piscine pulite e dotate di ombrelloni e lettini in misure adeguata all'utenza. Le stanze sono ampie, i letti molto comodi ed il servizio di pulizie efficiente e disponibile. Avevo dimenticato di chiedere la possibilità di un piano terra per problemi di deambulazione di mia madre ed ho ottenuto, senza alcun problema, un cambio stanza con relativo aiuto per il trasloco. Ottimo il servizio di auto-prenotazione dei campi da padel e tennis. Molto gradito il servizio navetta per raggiungere gli ascensori per la spiaggia. Mare stupendo! All'interno della struttura è presente un desk per la prenotazione delle escursioni di cui ho usufruito per raggiungere le Isole Eolie: orari, guida e organizzazione eccellente. Prezzi allineati con la qualità del servizio offerto. Buffet della colazione e della cena ampiamente e costantemente rifornito con ampia scelta di pietanze a base di carne, pesce, verdure e corner con prodotti per celiaci. Graditissimo da mio figlio il banco del gelato, presente tutti i giorni sia a pranzo che a cena insieme ad un goloso buffet di dolci.

Suggerisco la predisposizione di una piccola biblioteca utile in assenza di giornali e quotidiani

Un petit paradis sicilien
Pros:

Établissement, idéalement, situé avec un personnel au top. (Surtout les équipes de Menage+) bravo pour le club enfants également.

Et un buffet exceptionnel.

Cons:

J’ajouterai des axes d’amélioration sur certaines prestations. Le changement des serviettes ne devrait pas être payant. les excursions proposées par l’hôtel sont très chères et peu intéressantes. Surtout la promenade en bateau.
Par ailleurs il serait judicieux également de distribuer de manière automatique les bouteilles dans les chambres et de ne pas avoir à les réclamer systématiquement.
