Well versed customer care at Masailand.
Pros:

The staff members are genuinely caring and always attentive to customers' needs.

Cons:

That taxi driver who overcharged us was not even associated with the hotel. Perhaps the hotel could consider checking the backgrounds of the taxi drivers they recommend to ensure a better experience for their guests.

BEAUTIFUL MASAILAND

Beautiful environment and nature reflecting. Also the amenities are great for personal hygiene.

Well maintained and enough space made our stay Comfortable also the supportive staff who were always flexible. Special mention to EBENEZER for a smooth check-in despite of late arrival.

Pros:

It's a lodge and the theme makes you feel like you are indeed in the bush hotel without being in a bush hotel. Good WiFi , clean and for a dated hotel all is working. Friendly staff as well.

It's 600mtrs from the main road and one can miss the Sign if you are not keen enough. This also means there is a lot of buildings and settlements along the road. The road (made of concrete) is acceptable to all vehicles.

They're seem like they have several game drive vehicles but this was not offered to us so try enquiring about this option.

All in all it's a place I can visit again.

Cons:

Being Dated means the doors squeak, nothing a good can of WD40 can't fix. (I had left my can)

Some doors do not fit the frame.

Entertainment especially for kids is lucking but luckily there is WiFi.

Pros:

We stayed there for a night after our safari as we were flying the next day. It’s ok for an overnight stay. Rooms are fine, not the best but good for the price. It’s just not an hotel to stay in for the day. We had to stay longer as our flight was late afternoon the next day. But you can see that they dont usually get people staying more than the night. They didn't have much on the lunch menu available. The lunch we ordered was very basic (pizza) too long to get it and when we got our food, it was cold. Staff hotel is nice tho. Good service.
When you pay the bills for diner or lunch, pay with Tanzanian shillings or by credit card in Tanzanian shilling. Dont pay in USD, the conversion rate they use is not fair. We saved 15$ USD by paying credit card instead of USD cash price he was giving us.

The rooms are clean enough, they could have clean the windows outside as it was very dirty, but for the price we paid we didn’t mind it. We are not very picky on these things.
