Terrible Customer Service Not Allowing To Check-In on a Pre-Paid Reservation.
Cons:

We had made a Pre-Paid Reservation for a Triple Room. We were unable to check-in to the TRIPLE ROOM because we were THREE guests! How in the world are you not able to check into a room with three beds if you have three guests. Nightmare. Bad customer service. Will never stay here again.

War sehr angenehm.
Pros:

Die Lage ist gut.

Cons:

Zum Frühstücken musste man auf die 7 Etage. Leider fährt der Aufzug nur bis zur 6. Etage, so dass man auf die 7. Etage nur über eine Wendeltreppe kam. Frühstücksraum ist für Rollstuhlfahrer oder Menschen mit Krücken nicht geeignet.

Easy to park, with valet parking available. Beds comfy and clean. Staff were helpful

Cons:

Think they had work being done and the smell of solvent/chemical was strong. Window open for a few hours did it

Номер небольшой, соответствует фотографиям

Cleanliness,fair price acceptable breakfast

Cons:

The shower in our room needed some maintenance,also the receiption staff were usually playing or checking social media almost everytime we entered the hotel and will avoid any contact with customers
