Er valt nog zeker het één en ander te verbeteren.
Pros:

Prima locatie, station, tram, metro, supermarkt, drogist e.d. op 5 min. lopen. Late incheck gaat goed met behulp van de vooraf ontvangen instructies. Parkeerplaats (gratis) achter het hotel was voor ons beschikbaar gedurende 3 nachten / 4 dagen. Kleine maar prima werkende koelkast op de kamer. Bed was prima qua formaat en matras. De glazen douchecabine is 75x75 cm, maximale hoogte douchekop plm. 180 cm, voor ons postuur nog prima te doen. Dagelijkse "schoonmaak" (zie bij wat tegen viel) waarbij o.a. zeepjes en toiletpapier werd aangevuld.

Cons:

Ondanks dat bij de kamer faciliteiten beschreven stond dat er een airco, kledingkast en kluisje aanwezig zou zijn was dat niet het geval, misleidende informatie dus. Aan het plafond hingen in zowel de slaapkamer als de badkamer in de hoeken zichtbaar oudere spinnenwebben. Geen informatie op de kamer mbt de (gratis) Wifi, moest bij receptie navragen daarover. Één zijde van het bed heeft een nachtlampje, de andere kant niet. Geen afval emmertje (met deksel) op de badkamer, wel een grote afvalbak zonder deksel op het slaapgedeelte. De gordijnen verduisteren matig, 's morgens vroeg wordt de kamer al behoorlijk opgelicht hierdoor. Het beddengoed is van synthetisch materiaal gemaakt, niet van katoen.

Pros:

Für eine Nacht im lauten Berlin eine super Option, gut zu erreichen, Zimmer mit Balkon super, mit gutem Ausblick und nachts absolute Ruhe, bis auf lautes Türenschlagen im Flur, aber ja....,gute Matratze und nettes, hilfsbereites Personal, Kaffee mit Milch und Zucker auf dem Zimmer für den Morgen.... kostenloser Parkplatz in den Straßen ringsherum, also wir sind zufrieden und kommen wieder, wenn wir in der Gegend übernachten müssen.Danke und alles Gute.

Bei der Anreise mitten in der Nacht, war der Schlüssel mit Anweisungen in einem Safe hinterlegt.

Cons:

Zimmer sehr sparsam eingerichtet. Neben dem sehr weichen Boxspringbett nur schmale Blechspinde als Schrank, Kleiderbügel nicht vorhanden.
Vorhandene Kapsel-Kaffeemaschine war kaputt, konnte nicht ersetzt werden, da Chef in Urlaub

Everything clean. Every day cleaning service. Quiet location but close to transport facilities. There is a small market for essentials, especially on Sunday or late in the evening. There is fridge, coffee machine. Alles gut!

Pros:

Ein hübsches Zimmer, liebevoll dekoriert und eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Wir haben in den bequemen Betten gut geschlafen und konnten den Tag, Dank der Möglichkeit Kaffee oder Tee zuzubereiten, gleich mit einer Tasse Kaffee beginnen. UND es ist ein kleiner Kühlschrank vorhanden!
Der Bahnhof Karlshorst ist in der Nähe. Man kann also von hier aus wunderbar mit den Öffis ins Getümmel.

Only the room was little bit big than other hotel.

Cons:

The room was cold. The heater didn't work. When we said to the receptionist she replied outside is hot, you don't need it. When it was 12 degrees with wind in Berlin.
