Estrutura e atendimento da equipe!
It’s an absolutely beautiful hotel by a vineyard. The hotel facilities are stunning, and all the staff were very accommodating and attentive to details. It was apparent that they wanted us to enjoy our time at the hotel to the fullest, and we felt most welcome throughout our stay. I loved all the nice little touches made at every opportunity, e.g. handwritten welcome note left with a bottle of wine in the room, truffle chocolates delivered when we simply asked for ice to be sent to the room at night, etc. The breakfast was sumptuous and varied with smoked salmon, jamón, granolas, fresh fruits, etc. on top of á la carte options. I would also highly recommend having a meal at the hotel restaurant. The lunch at the hotel restaurant was delicious, and they were very generous with wine pairing as well. It felt like we were truly being treated as “guests” not just “customers”. We are going to return.

El hotel (una casona antigua de más de 100 años) es impactante, al igual que los jardínes que la rodean. Todo el enterno es espectacular. Mi habitación era enorme y muy linda. La limpieza fue perfecta (con un pequeño detalle). La comida en el hotel estuvo espectacular; mejor aún que en el restaurante doña Paula. El personal muy amable y atento, siempre disponibles para ayudar y solucionar cualquier inquietud. Además de todo lo anterior, en la habitación dejaban múltiples detalles (chocolates, snacks, etc.) y nos regalaron una botella de vino y otra de espumante.
Un detalle de limpieza fue que el segundo día tuvimos un olor fuerte a desagüe en la habitación. Le avisamos al personal y rápidamente fue remediado. Otro aspecto que debieran mejorar es el gimnasio. Para un hotel de este nivel creo que es mandatorio contar con un gimnasio bien equipado (el actual es, honestamente, triste). Finalmente, no pudimos hacernos un masaje junto a mi señora, porque el hotel informó que la masajista que va "no podía ir ese fin de semana". Ese tipo de explicaciones están bien para un hotel más sencillo y rudimentario; no para un hotel de este nivel, en que, si no cuentan con servicio propio, debieran tener alternativas para suplir esas bajas.

Amazing Hotel in the countryside surroundings of Santiago with a wide private park to enjoy sunshine over a morning stroll. The room was definitely a plus. A must if you enjoy wine and want to relax (especially after travelling around Chile!)
El paisaje, la comida y la habitación. Estábamos de aniversario con mi pareja y nos hicieron atenciones especiales por lo mismo, demasiado preocupados y atentos todos.
el tour a la viña podría ser mejor (se paga aparte y además nos dejó con gusto a poco)
