The staff were amazing, especially Jean on reception. Very friendly, informative and accommodating. Great, central location, rooms tidy and clean.

Very comfortable, not very easy to find, and parking was limited, so had to find a park down the main street. Breakfast was great.

A very tired hotel but great location
Pros:

Location, Pleasant staff, Fabulous Breakfast.

Cons:

More like a guest house than a hotel. Reception not open till 3pm. No restaurant or bar open. Very old fashioned, creaking floorboards and paper thin walls. Plug in air freshners all over creating sickly smell.

Great stay at a great location
Pros:

I had a nice, big, bright room overlooking the city and the mountains in the distance. The location of the hotel is very good. There is a car park but my big car didn't fit into the remaining narrow slots at the deep end of the carpark so I couldn't really use it. The lady who helped me with check in and also in charge of breakfast is super nice and helpful. She makes you feel truly welcome and helped. The location of the hotel is amazing, can't be better than that. It is not a luxury or cool place in anyways but delivers what it promise properly. Hence the top score from me.

Breakfast wasn't exciting for me but it is decent breakfast and included in the price.

Perfect cosy Hotel in the middle of Keswick
Pros:

Perfect location, we came to do Keswick Parkrun which starts only 5 minutes away, friendly and accomodating staff and a lovely homemade breakfast.
