Pros:

Відпочивали в Гранді вже вдруге. Все як завжди на вищому рівні. Нам попався той же номер, що і перший раз і те саме скрипуче ліжко). Але зазначу, що ми зробили помилку при бронюванні, яку виявили при заселені, дівчата на ресепшн виправили, тому можливо і цей номер, так як варіантів більше не було. Тому велике сподівання, що коли ми будемо відпочивати там втретє, то цей номер нас омине і ми зможемо побачити інші кімнати цього чарівного готелю) Дякую за гостинність!

Відпочинок у готелі сподобався
Pros:

Сніданок був нормальний, можна було додатково замовити і інші страви та напої, яких тобі не вистачало. Розташування готелю прекрасне, у самому центрі міста.

Cons:

Були нюанси із краном. але його дуже швидко виправили. Тому взагальному все добре.

Maravillosa estancia en Leópolis (Lviv)
Pros:

Todo. Inmejorable ubicación. El spa fantástico. El desayuno era muy muy bueno y el personal es encantador. Absolutamente recomendable.

Дійсно раніше цей готель означав НАДІЙНІСТЬ БЕЗДОГАНІСТЬ ТА ПЕРШІСТЬ.
Pros:

Колектив ! це зброя яка тримається за для гостя який обирає їх комплекс для того щоб він дійсно залишився довольним.
Смачні сніданки, кухня, казино та багато чого іншого.

Cons:

Не дивлячись на зауваження які доходили до керуючих минулого разу всеодно погано прибирають ! 1 з 5 *
Цього разу я зупинився разом зі своїм водієм в окремих номерах що в нього що в мене бруднющий номер. Це вже зашквар !

Pros:

Понравилось все кроме некоторых нюансов о которых сообщу ниже, но скажу одно, что такие отели выбирают люди для комфорта, а его было недостаточно

Cons:

Был нюанс с феном, он не работал, думали что это напряжение в розетках, но не работал именно фен, мы после Спа спешили, собирались, пришлось решать вопрос с заменой фена и проверкой напряжения, но заменили, все хорошо, спасибо. Второе это сильный шум под окнами, мы проживали в номере 415 и окна выходили не на центральный вход отеля, а на задний, заведения уже не работали так как был комендантский час, и до 2 часов ночи люди смеялись и орали возле заднего входа в отель, очень странно что охрана не разобралась с этим, если отелю не все равно на комфорт своих клиентов из-за которого люди и выбирают ваш отель.
