Very nice - we wanted relaxation more than anything and we found the right place.
Pros:

Breakfast was excellent and on the day we were leaving, my girlfriend took an early bus and the hotel packed her a box lunch since she had to miss breakfast. My bus was at 8pm and they gave me a key so I could continue using the facilities after I had checked out of my room. It will be so much better when civilian air traffic returns to Ukraine.

Cons:

Literally the only thing I can complain about is the size of the bathroom and the lack of sheet on the bed. Europeans like to put the blanket in a a large like pillowcase and that is too hot for me to sleep under. Our room faced the courtyard and there were street performers that would play past 11pm. If I would have known, I wouldn't have gotten the partial city view, but that is a Lviv issue, not a hotel issue.

Номер виходив на центр міста і було дуже гучно від проїжджаючих машин та молодих людей які грали до 23.20 на центральній площі . Не виспались взагалі

Cons:

Єдина незручність - дуже жаркі ковдри для цієї пори року. Навіть знижуючи температуру кондиціонера, вночі все одно прокидались від того, щоб було ну дуже спекотно під ковдрами. Все інше - супер 🤍

Сніданки сподобалися- є можливість зібрати собі корисну і смачну тарілку. Ліжка- супер зручні і тиша в номері - є можливість виспатися. Весь персонал привітний і посміхається.на рецепції щиро раді допомогти

War nobel, aber ich habe mich nicht wohl gefühlt
Pros:

Lage, Design des Zimmers und SPA-Bereich + das es ein Casino gab (ist eher unüblich in Hotels)

Cons:

Da es keinen Duschvorhang gab, musste ich nach jedem Duschen den Boden wischen. Zimmer hat modrig gerochen und Klimaanlage hat nicht immer funktioniert. Personal war arrogant (vor allem der junge Mann, der die Türe aufmacht und Koffer trägt) - er hat mir jedes Mal ein ungutes Gefühl gegeben und war immer nur genervt und fragte mich überheblich ob ich Hotelgast sei, als ich vom Shoppen zurückgekommen bin
