O responsável pelo atendimento no valet demonstrou falta de empatia e tato.

O local conta com cobertura para desembarque, entretanto, por preguiça de abrir a cancela não liberou a entrada do transporte apenas para desembarque na proteção do local em chuva torrencial, fazendo os hóspedes se molharem todos por capricho do mesmo.

Na mesma oportunidade, uma moradora de rua chegou com uma garrafa plástica vazia perguntando se poderia encher de água para ele (era madrugada) e o mesmo a tocou do local como se fosse um bicho.
