Always great stay!
Pros:

The location, the design, cleanliness and the spa.

Cons:

We’ve been coming to this hotel few years now it’s been always a pleasant stay. Possibly the only negative was when the bar downstairs got busy it felt like they could use more staff to help.

Beautiful room and hotel.
Pros:

Great room and facilities. Little bit out of the centre but in a really nice area on the Amstel.

Cons:

Only thing that was an issue was the lift not working but this happened on the last day and they did offer us a drink voucher to apologies.
