Very dirty place. Would not recommend staying there.
Pros:

Location was close to Chicago city.

Cons:

No cleanliness
No clean laundry, towels, everything was extremely dirty, no proper lighting in the rooms.

A comfortable and affordable stay in a convenient location with friendly staff and no issues.
Pros:

The room was a little smaller than I expected, but it was very good for the price. The location was convenient and close to the places we needed to visit. The staff was very friendly, and they even cleaned the room while we were staying there. Overall, everything was very good.

Cons:

here wasn’t really anything we didn’t like. We had no problems during our stay.

DO NOT STAY HERE UNLESS YOU ARE DESPERATE!
Pros:

That the staff was polite. Otherwise this was not a pleasant stay.The TV was not working, there was no soap, towels seemed like they weren't clean, no hair dryer, room was a little dirty, very shady side of town (sex store next door), no cameras in parking lot. Would recommend paying more for something a little nicer elsewheres unless you are really desperate for a room!

Having a clean room with soap and toiletries to use. Also a hair dryer would have been nice. The room was dirty seemed like the staff didn't clean it very well. Again would HIGHLY recommend going elsewheres. I feel like I was grossly overcharged for what I got!

Horrible never again will i stay at a red roof inn

So when we got there they didnt have the room that i booked i booked a two bed room and they didnt have it avaible even though i paid a month in advance and said they would get a broken room ready that maintence was working on something and then it would be ready but we watched workers walk in the room with bed bug spray

Dirty, people doing drugs, drinking and amoking in parking and hallways. I informed manager and he did nothing. Rooms cigarrete smell was BADDD. Also they never changed my towels and we asked foe more manager said he dis not have any

Nothing was working and the staff didn't mention it while I was checking in, when went back to ask what was going on and asked for a refund he said he couldn't do anything about and then lied to my face and said I've been in the room for hours when I was only there for 20 minutes and that was only because I was trying to see what was going on and why things wasn't working
