Decent 3 star. Not worth the money paid.

Firstly, this is by no means a 4 star hotel. Booking.com, please note this and make the correction. This is at most a decent 3 star. The room was so small and everything felt cramped. No table, so less space to put the luggage,.The bathroom was small too. And the worst bit was that there was a 3 quarter shower screen covering the bath area. This meant the whole area outside gets splashed with water. The toiletries in the bath when we checked in was just one small tub of Bodywash and One shampoo. We had to ask for some more! So much for 4 star hotel!!

Location isnt that great either. I thought it would be a good compromise to be between the beach on one end and the river on the other, but it is a fair bit to walk on both sides, especially when the weather is hot. Next time, I would rather chose the beach or the city.

The breakfast spread was disappointing too. Overall, not worth the £50 per night paid for this place. I could have probably booked a decent 5 star for this money. Our stay at La Charm at Hoi An was far better.

Sorry San Mariono for being so critical. U either have to up ur act or reduce the price to reflect what is offered.

Our holiday
Pros:

The view from the 14th floor was nice, especially at night. The room was comfortable, bed and pillows were great.

Cons:

We were not given the room we actually booked n then told the pictures on booking.com aren't right ... not sure about that??
The egg station at breakfast was good but the rest of the food was ordinary and the bread rolls on our last day were as hard as rocks ... no joke .. like they've been putting the same ones out all week and when I complained I was told just toast them!! The location is not great, not much around it for food etc however the night market and dragon bridge is about 10 to 15 mins walk.

Good location, clean and fair price with decent breakfast.
Pros:

Rooms were decent size and comfy. Buffet breakfast was decent size and tasted good. Very central location.

The rooftop pool and bar were lovely. Spent more time there than we planned. People at the bar didn't seem to know how to make drinks but if you order something simple its fine, plus food it was all pleasant enough.

Would stay again when visiting Da Nang.

Cons:

One of the showers was slow to drain but that was the only real complaint. We asked the hotel to organise car trip from the airport. Ended up costing double what a Grabapp would have, and had to pay cash when we got to the hotel (which I didn't have on me at the time).

Highly recommended and would come back and stay here
Pros:

Very central, 15 minutes walk to beach
Very clean and nice rooms.
Staff very friendly and good value for money.
We are vegetarians and they made very nice

Cons:

Some kitchen did not know about ingredients of pastry- but I reconfirmed with another staff
