Pros:

Pobyt w tym hotelu był bardzo udany. Wszystko było przygotowane na najwyższym poziomie, a personel przez cały czas dbał o nasz komfort i dobre samopoczucie. Szczególne podziękowania kierujemy do pani Sary, której życzliwość, profesjonalizm i zaangażowanie sprawiły, że nasz wyjazd był naprawdę wyjątkowy. Pokoje były czyste, przytulne i bardzo wygodne. Z całego serca polecamy to miejsce każdemu, kto ceni wysoką jakość usług i świetną atmosferę.

Fassungslose Geschäftspolitik und fehlende Flexibilität vor Ort
Pros:

Ich war zu kurz da, um das beurteilen zu können.
Einen Punkt gibt es für das Bemühen des Personals und die kostenfreie Stornierung.

Cons:

Durch Entscheidung wird ab 1. Mai die Heizung von der Heizoption auf Kühlen umgestellt. Im Zimmer waren es 17 Grad, so ist es voreingestellt, (draußen 5 Grad Tiefstemperatur, so dass auch das Lüften keine Option war) was zum Schlafen OK wäre, aber wir wollten 5 Tage bleiben und insofern uns auch im Zimmer aufhalten, dafür war es zu kalt. Ein Umstellen durch das Personal ist nicht möglich!!
Leider gab es wegen der Umstände, um 23:30 Uhr noch ein Zimmer zu suchen und das Hotel zu wechseln keinerlei Entschädigung, noch nicht mal ein Getränk während der Onlinesuche an der Rezeption.

Cons:

Freundlichkeit sollte ausgenommen von der Rezeption einmal erklärt werden. Man wird einfach ignoriert.

Für 1-2 Nächte okay und gut machbar.
Pros:

Ordentliches Hotel mit einladender Lobby.

Cons:

Das Personal spricht kein oder nur schlechtes deutsch. Das finde ich schon sehr befremdlich. Frühstück Preis/Leistung viel zu teuer.
